Trailmater really highlights the split between those who just plunge ahead blindly, and those that have the needed 'situational awareness' in every possible instance!
In this case, Rory got enough preliminary info on the vehicle needing recovery to know how best to address the customer, who is footing the bill! That is next level!!
Having researched the type of vehicle and all its nuances shows why they are so good at what they do! No oopsies, ever!
    Trailmater rocks!

It is just beyond me how people think because they bought the "Super Off road" version of any brand of vehicle. That they can then go run the same trails they have seen purpose built vehicles do. And to do so without looking their new car over to see if there may be a weak spot. While it does make for some great content and revenue for Rory and crew. This type of recovery has to be very expensive, or at least it should be, for the owner. As always this was a great recovery for the team. That scenery is so nuts. Nothing like that anywhere in Ohio. I hope you don’t get used to how pretty it is out there

Saw the bandage flash on screen, glad Mike is fine. Does the new Bronco have unnecessary front dig mode?

Bronco was a Black Rifle vehicle. Black Rifle Coffee started by veterans, run by veterans, profits help veterans. I love the Black Rifle Coffee Company!
Rory could have angled for some sponsorship.

You could just roll it on it's roof, and put the transmission fluid in the hole it came out of. Then stick the putty in the hole. Hope this helps next time.
