She is still a cc monster. Just that now you have to go war axe first item rather than thunderbelt. Thunderbelt still works on her but I prefer going queens wings for the low hp retaliation and cd reduction.
I would say she is still solid A tier exp laner and that's because gatot kaca and khaleed are insanely op in exp lane right, doesn't mean she can't compete with those two though. she can't do much as roamer since they nerf her passive defense, but that doesn't mean she is weak, it's just better pick tanks or op supports like mathilda or angela imo. She is still viable to play as a gold laner.

two things that make me stop using ruby these days 1. a lot of new burst hero lately 2. i guess I'm already old enough to play this game I play solo rank and it is hard for me to pick ruby so I need to choose hero that can guarantee me a higher chance to win I made it to glory every season eventually but I really miss using my ruby in ranked
