Ruby is a monster to be honest. She cuts through antiheal like no other characters. Been spamming her in rank and classic, still at 80% winrate in Mythic Honor. Her biggest weakness might be dash countering heroes but as long as you have minions around you, you'll do fine
Nah, she is not that strong without allies. She is lifesteal tank, nothing more. Her whole kit is for set uping teamfights. Solo she will lose vs any enemy if have antiheal.

You are absolutely correct. Ruby laning phase feels like every other fighters counter her. Ruby trully shines during team fights. Most people think ruby is all about spell vamp but she is one of the best cc hero, can tank and deal most damage in a game, her ult flicker combo can easily turn the tide of battle. I feel like only just now people is starting to appreciate how strong ruby is.
Wel during laning u shld play more passive and wait for enrmy make mistake (go too near ur turret) Also must rotate to help turtle or mid lne when you can. If enemy is stronger in 1v1 like cici,argus,paq,thamuz rotating is the only way to get yourself ahead. Bonus ur team might also get ahead cus of ur engage when u rotate.
Please play ruby Before I literally would only play jungle, but playing her taught me how fun other lanes were. Even though so I can carry dark system teammates I play jungle she introduced me to the exp lane, which introduced me to roaming. Now I'm really good at playing exp, roam and jungle

Ruby is become fully pledge Fighter by role but her stat stays mostly the same to be still on Tank/Fighter role. Ruby is more effective if your teammates know how to follow her lead. But although her Cc is a nightmare for skill spammers, she is also weak on Cc.

As a ruby main, I have seen that building war axe first item gives a good advantage in the early-mid game against strong early game heroes like yu zhong, xborg, lapu lapu, dmg chou,... Otherwise thunder belt is the better choice :)

I've been using ruby gold, usually with trio, and it works well for me once you get your first item. I've been enjoying kimmy gold as well since she can out poke a lot of mms in the early game
Ruby is my second main and she is definitely good. And she's very versatile. She can play Roam, EXP and Gold. But, I don't recommended playing her against burst heroes like Karrie Dyroth, well fed-lesley, Unless you use full damage build.
Those burst heroes has their own in-built mechanics to by pass most heroes's defense,like karrie having max hp based true dmg,lesley dealing true dmg that's able to crit with her passive and dyrroth having in-built armor reduction that's scale on percentage,which is literally horrific as it benefits the whole team, especially if your jungler and mm is physical dmg dealer
Thunderbelt ruby is the current patch's hidden OP. Her only counter would be thunderbelt phoveus who completely overpowers her. Even then she can still outplays with flicker ult into turret range
As a ruby main myself, it's actually astonishing that this woman can be such a versatile pain in the arse to enemies The sustain is crazy once you get war axe

As a Ruby main, i must say that she's a hard carry when she have the right core. I prefer to go with damage build when i play Ruby since I haven't find a good build for tanky one and usually it doesn't fit my style but this video helps me very much

lmao yes ruby struggles early game, just save your battle spell for defensive play and always land your skills. careful with enemy ganks so you dont fall behind your exp counterpart. Should be smooth sailing once you get your first item.
For ruby if the enemy is close to the turret use the combo ult+ flicker to drag the enemy to the turret and use you second skill to stun and first skill to slow them down l hope this help and love ur video betosky❤❤😆😆

Dyrroth is a menace thou,unless you adapt and use full dmg build, which is the only way to counter dyrroth,at the cost of having your overall defense much more lower so you can't just dive into the enemy team easily and be patient to not spam skills recklessly
