ROBBERY OCCURRED ON HIGHWAY BETWEEN PHERIMA AND MEDZIPHEMA

A shocking incident of highway robbery has surfaced in Nagaland yet again. It has come to fore that on the night of June 30, a vehicle with five passengers on board was hijacked from the highway between Pherima and Medziphema village. After 7 days since the occurrence of the incident, the police have finally begun an investigation into the robbery case. NLTV on Thursday visited the site where the passengers were held hostage and spoke with the victims regarding the incident. It has been learned that two Bolero hijacked the passengers and took them towards Patkai four lane. The hijackers, who claimed to be from the crime branch, held the victims as hostages for almost four hours. After being released, the victims discovered that two mobile phones, charger, powerbank and a cash of ten thousand were stolen. The victims also discovered that carpets and spare tyres were damaged with a sharp weapon. The investigating officer also informed nltv that due to protocols the investigation was delayed. Meanwhile, head GB of Pherima village expressed dismay over the incident while President of Poumai Hoho Dimapur urged authority and police to initiate strict action against those involved.

I saw a guy on Facebook posting abt his cars Day time robbery its been months ago saying tat some special crime branch came and ask them abt his car documents after tat thy ask him fine something like tat so dimapur police shud take action against them Or if anyone come to tis situation directly call police and public
