The biggest surprise to me is that FYE is still a thing in 2024. I haven't been in a mall in probably 20 years but I never expected that they somehow even survived the late 2000's crash.
That XBOX 360 Lego Edition segment was HILARIOUS!! I experienced the same thing a few months ago....😂😂 That thing looks so real!! 😂😂 This entire video is HILARIOUS!!
Frankly, buying anything specific in person is a bit of a crapshoot unless it's a hot item. Maybe the Internet has ruined us with convenience because we can find five people selling what we want and they'll ship it straight to our door. Maybe I don't want to drive to five places to find one thing. Maybe I don't know how to shop in person anymore. "Find a deal by shopping in person"? The mom & pop shop are checking prices online too. I don't blame them, people will flip what they buy online if they don't do that.
Many people (including myself) still prefer the actual experience of getting dressed and going to the store. Personally, I only shop online if I can't find a specific thing I want in a physical store.
I just went into a Best Buy in Memphis that didn't have a built in area for online pickup. They instead converted the movie aisles to a closed off square in the store with rope for item pickup. Really weird how jank it looked
Nowadays, if you have them in your city, your best bet for ALL physical media is Movie Trading Company. They have anything from 4K Blueray to VHS! Not to mention new and used comics, LPs, CDs, DVDs, regular Blu-ray’s, etc
I get most of my movies from Redbox and have since around 2011. I didn't want it but yeah...Mario Blu Ray is in my local Redbox to buy for 3.99. Always buy ONE movie. A lot of times after you swipe your card to purchase it, you'll get an offer for 1 dollar of another one. 👍
The Walmart in my town still has a lot of dvds on the shelves, i'm pretty sure the only reason why is because they're old movies that are barely ever bought and Walmart doesn't do anything with them.

The sneakers are for the kids to look at while their stepdad is in the backroom lol
Mario was on the shelf at 3:57 lmao

There is one FYE but modernized in my mall in CA
Surprise to you ? Why a thing in 2024
Waiting for the ultimate crossover where Jason goes to Sears to look for movies.

Target in the suburbs of NYC/NJ is an MVP. constant stock of physical stuff... CDs, Vinyl, DVD, BD and games (albeit only the most recent releases)
Found Mario in a new steel book at Walmart in Clarkston, WA lol I think the regular Blu ray was there as well.

Waiting for Florida Man Reviews Waffle House
You should've asked the porn place if they had a bootleg copy of Super Hornio Bros.
What you're saying is, that for almost everywhere...
Mario Is Missing!
It took some restraint to not make this video’s thumbnail some photoshopped Mario is missing box art
That Mario movie transition to mario movie was that extra spice that adds the distinction that you bring.
Dude their still selling Xbox 360's? Man I should hunt through some of these stores. Probably cheaper then a retro store.
It was a Mega Blocks (Lego knockoff). That box tricked me at first too! I just couldn't believe they'd be selling first gen Xbox 360s.
those physical XXX dvds will be worth their weight in gold when the post-apocalypse comes along 😄
it's still nice to buy them in stores
Ocala haha! Great vids man!
That wwe dvd at 1:29 is actually the last release for wwe on dvd ever lol, survivor series 2023
the funny thing is that you can now by vinyl records again in Target
In October 2024 one of my regional Targets still has Xbox 360 consoles for sale.
Fellow RLM fan, I see. Very cool. Very cool.
when i saw that 360 at my local target is also blew my mind lol. it caught me twice! (they moved them)
Hey i just got a ps4 in 2023, way happy with it. Was used with like 8 games for like 150

Me too! Wanna get all the DragonBall Z box sets, just can't afford them.
I'm not surprised with the Best Buy gaming section. They block that off with TVs too at my local shop. Just why?
China, Russia and Malaysia are stepping up and bootlegs are more common than ever. They have solved the streaming exclusivity problem!

Man surprised Walmarts aren’t stocked with that
My local Walmart still has PS4's as well
Buy a golf cart .😆 🤣
3:58 Mario on 4K
If you stopped being a ninja and asked an employee for help you might have found it much earlier.
I don't know why you're making these videos, and I don't know why I'm religiously watching them
People still buy DVD and Blu Ray? why?
lol the PS5 shortages, that was a sad time :)
8:29 fye has unbreakable, split, glass.
I actually want the blu ray of Super Mario bros. movie too.
You already did the Lego Xbox 360 bit.
Too bad!, i wanted to buy some of Bimmy's cult classic films!.
Funny, every store had the James Rolfe vs the Punching Bag Criterion Collection set fully stocked
Be cool getting a 360 gift tho.
i found mario at a dollar store
Who is buying dvds instead of blurays?? They aren't old enough that you get hipster cred for it
mario is there at the second walmart right before you walk out at 3:57
Lol
Fail
I still don't see it

what in god's name is a belk
A belk is what happens when someone gets socked in the gut, and vomits. 👍🏻
But what about haircuts man ?! ?!
Nice video store find. But who the heck pays for porn?
recent movies are largely turds anyway.
