Bring it back. No screaming audiences n celebs. Nowadays quiz shows are crap. Thanks for uploading👍
That's ok.
And I thought The Chase and Tipping Point were good?
@@InfiniteFury2K my favourite out of those 2 is the Chase
On this premiere episode of All Clued Up, the two teams competing are John & Jenny and Mike & Mags.
Shame this series wasn't back on our screens. Love all the Ed Welch themes he did for TVS. Shame they aren't available.
This is Based on The $1,000,000 Chance of a Lifetime
This show was based off an American format which was titled "The $1,000,000 Chance of a Lifetime". There it aired in syndication from January 1986 to September 1987 with Jim Lange as host.
Also a lot of similarities to Wheel of Fortune.
This is a series premiere episode of the British game show "All Clued Up" and this episode's original airdate is April 17, 1988 on ITV.
If this is the premier, how come he said 'you played a marvellous game last week' to the first couple?
That sound, when a new puzzle comes up on the big screen, it sounded so familiar. Then I suddenly placed it...

97channel I know what you mean, I was thinking the same thing. The sound is like its from Knightmare with the magic sound.
If you watch the programme in full you will see the Bonus round
For the first series, the couple is locked into an isolation booth, which is wired so they can only hear host Hamilton. For series 2 to 4, the couple stand in front of the keyboard instead of the isolation booth.
also the copyright at the end is 1987 from when it was made and shown on ITV in 1988
so this is series 1
Loved this show
I loved it
THis couple here, in their previous appearance they picked the category christmas and they found all the six clues easily
The STINGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
82 David Hamilton
It's Wheel of Fortune, but no wheel
3:42 That sound instantly reminds me of classic Dr.Who
That's ok, series 4 was when it went daily so they changed it from pounds to points to save money as there was more programmes in that series.
Apologies mate, it would seem you're right. I must have been thinking of Series 4.
Apparently Allison Hammond might be bringing back Wheel Of Fortune
6:22 "I'll take an L"
are britishers this politeful?..im mesmerized..
Bad bad luck for John and Jenny
This isn't series 1. Series 1 used points, not poundd
What are the rules
It would have been more challenging if both couples were in isolation booths during the main game and could see only the clues and letters they accumulated toward solving the master puzzles...unfortunately, the game show would then have been more of a ripoff of Goodson-Todman's "Double Dare"...
Who is the announcer
Zachery Alderton It’s Nick Jackson, who did many voiceovers for TVS and hosted the first series of Concentration.
Jenny is a hottie
I want to see Jennys tan lines
12:15 - She got stung!
Yeow..." that's the noise used on the US version of this show called The $1,000,000 chance of a lifetime"
I remember this from when I was a child. I liked the giant keyboard and the word puzzles, but even as a child they were fairly easy to solve. I couldn't stand David Hamilton's voice. Also the show had a terrible theme tune!
