Beautiful work, everyone! Agreed, that there's nothing as exciting as being out "in it", whether it's the woods, mountains, water, etc.. I often think of landscape photography as being "educational"... showing what the world looks like, urging others to get out and explore, or letting those who can't get out experience it in their own way. Nikon certainly has elevated my work, every step of the way. ❤

You did well Kim. Have not followed you like a stalker, but seen a few of your videos and listened as you "grew". Of all the images presented, I think yours was by far the most "real" and not as art as the others. Minimal use of gear and more to what normal people watching will strive for. Well done.

@@craig_m_mi Thank you for your kind words Craig. We all have our own process and enjoy photography in different ways. That's the joys of being human and it's great to support everyone in enjoying the styles they love. It's nice to hear you like my image style and can relate to it.

Very enjoyable, thanks. I found myself answering the questions that Ricci was asking and responding to the panels comments as well. I think my dog, who was laying beside me on his bed was wondering what on earth I was jabbering on about!!

At 6:12 Angel makes an excellent point about being transparent in the process. In today's era there's constant bombardment of highly edited and altered photographs that are nowhere close to what the scene even was, and people pass it off as 'real' or 'natural'. It's always better to be transparent so that the audeince and others can always appreciate what you as an artist and photographer are creating, and the nuances, skill set, time etc that goes into your specific methodolgy and craft.

Four incredible photographers & Ricci (also incredible!) - this is like the perfect dinner party! Kim, Ross, Neil and Angel - all with different takes on landscape and all amazing photographers and people. We loved filming them and got the feeling that they enjoy being out in landscapes just as much as they enjoy taking photos of them.

Hello Ricci, As someone who has been shooting images 40+years, only now looking at landscape images. Not sure if I am finding it hard, but I like the fact it do get me out. I only shoot in the UK and infact mostly in North Yorkshire. So I am lucky to have some amxing locations, but the wether is alway the hard bit. I now just shoot what I like at the time and do not try and capture image just to please the others. Am I happy with my image NO but other some times love them. Thanks for a super series of video and please thank all your guests. Keep well, keep save and please contine to inspire.

I became a photographer due to the fact that in my youth I was fond of drawing, but in order to become an artist with a camera in my hands, having those means, it is not so easy, but achievable

Discussing their pictures and their views attitudes on their works is all very well but to me it was an opportunity wasted because we saw nothing whereas their pictures plus their words could have been much more informative and interesting. CA picture is worth a thousand words . We got the words …. But
