I tried doing this on my MacBook Pro 2017. But when I click on “Install MacOS Sequoia” 8:21 it just loops back to the same step after trying to install.
Tried doing everything all over 3 times. Can anyone please help me with a solution?
will this method work on macbook pro early 2015 model?
Help, im stuck at the Time Usage windows at the Setup, it keeps loading forever
Does Sequoia with OCLP have support MacBook Pro 2017 13 inch non touch bar ?
of course, it does. I have the same mac and I am currently running sequoia with the latest OCLP version
@@idrisscisse4545 Thank.
it's stable with iMac 2017 32gb ram and running photoshop, Microsoft office, keynote, DaVinci resolve for editing
Warning: If you’re using a dual boot of OS X Yosemite or below, do not touch the sequoia partition or it will mess up the format. Proven by me because it broke the sequoia disk and running recovery, i noticed it was not detected and the format is unknown because the old version of OS X doesn’t recognize APFS and tells the mac that it’s a nonsense partition and it will become unbootable if you do any operations on the disk on non APFS supported OS.
Yes, that's right!
@@MacintoshWeekly I had to wipe my entire hard drive because of that

imacpro 1.1 is not among supported models ?
iMacPro1,1 is natively supported model.
@@MacintoshWeekly Thanks
Except it’s true that the air 8,x can’t do this because of T2 correct? Which sucks the most because those are the only 2 that actually lost support this OS. Doesn’t really look promising that a workaround will be found either.
OCLP doesn't supports T2 macs. (Currently)
Yes, that's right.
macOs Sequoia with OCLP have support macbook pro 13inch late 2011(model macbookpro 8,1),Bro ?
No you can't install macOS Sequoia on 13-inch late 2011 MacBook Pro (MacBook Pro 8,1) it will stop your mac from working and you will end up with a cross on the restarting screen.
What's Apple's stance on this? How long will this method be trusted? Will this ever be blocked by them?
Anyone find a solution for booting Sequoia first boot? Where right after language selection I get a frozen grey screen.
Firstly Boot to EFI Boot for first time using the startup manager (Option (⌥) or Alt) then continue with the Install macOS Sequoia Installer. If having grey screen, wait for sometime
What's the Mac model?
You have skipped some points.. farwarded without telling which option have to select
First
Thanks!
