Another nice one, I like the car too, Scottie. Back in my day, this would be a typical car in the HS parking lot. Not new, of course haha early '70s. These were "Dime a dozen". Guys would get teased for driving the (beater) "family car". But Me, being a "car guy" since birth, KNEW they were cool. '65 is also my favorite GTO. Thanks for the memories Scottie.

In 1975 I needed a car and another guy at work sold me a 1965 LeMans, stock, but it was red with the black conv. top for $150. I drove it for 5 or 6 years trouble free until it started overheating and the top was sort of beat. I sold it for $100. Only lost 50 bucks on the deal. I still kick myself daily for letting that car go.
