There's a few tricks you might want to know about large inflatables. It's best if you put them on a great big tarp with straps underneath which then you fold in onto itself. It all comes together kind of like a Taco Bell crunchwrap. Makes it all come in nice and tight. Then you can get into a smaller space and the straps give you something to grab onto. Honestly I'm surprised you haven't filled this thing with A/B foam.
