Scott's Kitchen - BBQ Skewers - Pork Shoulder - Mini Hibachi Grill

Scott starts off talking about food booths that you might see at fairs or farmers market, where they are BBQing skewers of meat like chicken or pork. He has some pork shoulder marinating, so why not try to make this at home. Scott also introduces us to his grilling station and his mini hibachi BBQ grill.
