Is the beauty industry run by “younger” people. Were there times your manager was younger than you and did it create conflict? I’m 27 starting in October with a business degree and were challenged with male authority. Women are fine. If she’s younger does that cause issues?

I’ve worked in the salon doing hair for years, but I’m switching to esthetician work. I have an interview in a week. In the salon we always wore all black for the interview being that was the dress code in the salon. Would all black be okay to wear for an esthetician job interview?
You could!! I feel like you could also check in over email and ask what the recommended attire is- just in case it’s more casual so you don’t stand out :)

Sierra Baker it varies state to state so your school will probably get you prepared! We brought our own kits
