    Interesting that your cap framed system is different than the US version.
    I love my Barudan Pro3’s, for hats.

    Absolutely love your work!
    Are you using poly thread from Madeira?
    I use viscose from Madeira and I find that when I go over it with a heat gun it burns it if I'm not careful 😪
    Also, what does brushing help with?

      We use poly thread for garments, viscose thread for badges.
      Poly thread tightens up nicely when heat gunned, we find this helps cover up the foam from sticking out.
      The brush is to remove any last bits of foam / dust - it can also help remove hoop marks from garments
