What is your favourite classic rally car?

240z or Subaru. Do you keep all the models you build? If so do you still have the Castrol Supra (one of favorite models). If you have it, do you know what the wheel base measurement is. I have a project idea that I would like to use this body for but can't find this dimension. Thank you in advance for any help and love your video content.

Yes, I do, except ones which are gifts or commissions. I just checked the Supra and it's 10.5cm axle to axle.

@BOABModels Thank you for checking and responding so quickly. I think this will be perfect for my project. Looking for a kit to purchase this evening.

Quite a decent looking kit with some nice details. Another build video to look forward to seeing Thomas 😁👍
I love to see the Mk1 Escort in action but I'm a huge fan of Group B rally monsters! I want to try and build every model from that era that's available..... maybe one day! 🙄🤔😄

Looks very detailed, I’ve never built a Mini despite being a motorsport nut.
InterInteresting to see how it compares to the Tamiya version.
Nice to see the winter weather parts which were used on the Monte Carlo rally, it was generally very cold and snowy back then.
Look forward to seeing this one built, model on

Yes, and not only was it very snowy in the Alps, they chose to start the rally in Minsk where it was even worse!
I have also got one of the Tamiya '67 winner kits so it will be interesting to compare it to this one. I've made the Fujimi Mini twice which is a nice kit, but this seems a lot better.

@@BOABModels Yes, back in the old days, even up to early 80's, the Monte Carlo rally had what they called concentration runs, normally start points in cities, and then drove to the start of the rally. The cars would generally have the name of the City on the side of them to show their start point. Model on.

Probably the Lancia Stratos, just because it looked awesome.

My favorite is the Audi Quattro 😊
