I am autistic and I believe God did a miracle on me and made me high functioning and able to be a normal kid also I play in band and I play bassoon, tenor sax, and tambourine. The tambourine is in church though and on my own time. I also got accepted into TLU and I am about to going to college there.

I belive in God's miricle. My son got severe regresion in development at 17 moths with some autism symptoms (didn't respond to his name, stop saying most of the words, screaming at night at so on). As soon as I relised what was going against my boy I started praying over him (also gave him pure algie iodine with selen because it helps with autism) and after just one week already seen he got much better (started to respond to his name, sleeping better). I just new this will go away. It has been 3 months now and sometimes when we think he will be compleatly heald the enemy does some small regresion just to mess with ouer faith. But I say to thw enemy you will not winn this one, he is a child of God and He has a great plan for his life! Speak life over him. Try pastor Wommack prayers. @@Emanu2018 my son is now 3.5 years old. He is doing much better. He still has some mild autistic symptoms (problems with understanding some words and talking, but has 30 words and he communicates). But all other symptoms are gone. He is a very good, kind and happy boy. He is kind to everyone and everyone likes him because he is very sweet. Doctors are still not shure if it is autism because he doesn't have most of autistic problems. I had recived 3 prophetic words for 3 different people of God for him, and they are all the same. God says that what he experienced is a demonic attact to stop God's plan for his life, and that he will be healed, and that he will be a great man of God. Haleluja! I belive it! He is almost there. Just ordered these 2 books ! Looking forward to them....we love skills. Autism is complicated and no 2 cases are the same but they all share some of the same characteristics. Delay in certain areas is widespread. At the same time they absolutely flourish over certain things it is strange. Question for all my siblings in Christ. Would God still be Good if your child still has Autism? Would God still be Holy if he allowed the symptoms of Autism to improve but not get rid of it entirely? Would you still worship God if your child stayed disabled or would you lose your faith in him entirely? Is it Hard? Absolutely. But the real question is.....do you trust God even if your child is not cured of Autism?

I need help! Last night I had a dream that I was hanging out with my sister and her friends at the pool. My sister hands me a pan flip that had pictures of dead Asian people laying down on the ground. The pan flip advertised that the game cost between 10- 30 cents. I asked my sister what is this game about? She told me that you're stuck in a village were Asian people have a virus. your job is to find out the clues in order to win the game. Next thing you know it, I was in a old building surrounded by Asian people who looked like they lost their souls. My sister and her friends ditched me in the building and left. I left the building to catch up with them, as I was running in the fields I saw a wooden temple with an Asian guy walking back and fourth. He told me I lost the game because I wasn't being considerate of other people around me. He also told me the reason why I have trouble reading peoples body language is because there something from the occult that is attached to me. The guy said in order for me to get rid of it is to pray it all away. I'm confident that this dream was talking about my Autism and if you guys have any suggestions, please share your opinions on this because I am spooked by this dream. God bless all of you
Wow that is amazing that you had this dream. First you can command every attachment with the occult to be broken. Every cell in your body to throw out poison and occult spirits in Jesus name. Take the authority in Jesus name. Search in the Bible for verses that you can pray out loud that command demons to leave your body and your house. I was told to stop watching spooky, demonic TV shows,movies and Rock music negative people. People, that are involved in witchcraft. I’m autistic and I think it can be a blessing in disguise. Like all great things, many blessings come with challenges… And it’s through those challenges that God does his best work. He teaches the biggest lessons and builds character through struggles. I have come so far from the confusion I’ve constantly lived in.. Now a wife and full time house mom to my son (who got diagnosed with being on the spectrum & that’s how I found out I’m autistic too :) I get praised for my organizational skills and being on top of tasks, but I praise God everyday bc I know it’s bc of HIM that I’m so sound of mind. A diagnosis doesn’t have to set the limits for how you live; it is the beginning, not the end, of your story ... With God as the author ✍️ of our lives..🙏🏼 Creator of ALL things (yes, including your neurology ;) ..great and unimaginatively impactful change is possible.

Why do I hate it when God gave me autism and that I wish he would have made me smart so I can be very smart in school that I have to be upset a lot thinking that God was unfair for me and that I don't like my own life that I cry sometimes and I just wish I can see Jesus face to face and I want him to fix me🙏
He’s still autistic, just heavily masking. People will be able to tell he’s different right away. I believe in healing, but this isn’t it. Masking is associated with increased physical and mental illness, and higher rates of suicide. He’d probably be more successful if he wasn’t forced to act like a carbon copy of a non autistic person. Who cares if he stares at ceiling fans? What people don’t understand is autism is an internal experience that results in behavior, NOT the behavior itself. I’m an autistic Christian, by the way, who has given up on masking. It led to lots of issues I don’t want to deal with, especially dissociation and possibly psychosis. I still do pray that God will heal me of my meltdowns, but so far that hasn’t happened. Lovely kid, very strong and intelligent. Loving but misguided parents who are blinded by stigma. Horrible, misinformed video.

As an autistic woman who also loves the Lord, I feel discouraged and sickened by the very idea that people who are supposed to be my brothers and sisters believe that autism is a kind of illness. This is even worse than calling it a disability. Shame on you. I am who I am today because of my autism, not in spite of it. And I certainly do not want to have it prayed away. This is a very destructive message you are sending to families with children on the spectrum, to adults on the spectrum, and to anyone else in the faith community who is neurodiverse. Autism is a different ability. There are definitely challenges, which God most definitely helps us overcome. But even in those social and sensory impediments, we autistics can rejoice in the beauty of our God-given diversity. My prayer is that Christians will stop looking for deficits in people and start to accept that Christ's love is perfected in weakness.

Offense is rooted in religion and self-righteousness... it has been a bitter pill to swallow. I believe what Roman experienced was an 'Existiction Burst'. A phrased coined by Evar Lovaas, a leading Autism Professor in the 60's & 70's. It's when you believe an undesired behavior is gone, the person has a major, acute recurrance, but it's usually followed with a quick decrease and end to the behavior.

I belive in God's miricle. My son got severe regresion in development at 17 moths with some autism symptoms (didn't respond to his name, stop saying most of the words, screaming at night at so on). As soon as I relised what was going against my boy I started praying over him (also gave him pure algie iodine with selen because it helps with autism) and after just one week already seen he got much better (started to respond to his name, sleeping better). I just new this will go away. It has been 3 months now and sometimes when we think he will be compleatly heald the enemy does some small regresion just to mess with ouer faith. But I say to thw enemy you will not winn this one, he is a child of God and He has a great plan for his life! Speak life over him. Try pastor Wommack prayers. Never give up on your child, stay strong and belive God is working overtime. God bless!

@@Emanu2018 my son is now 3.5 years old. He is doing much better. He still has some mild autistic symptoms (problems with understanding some words and talking, but has 30 words and he communicates). But all other symptoms are gone. He is a very good, kind and happy boy. He is kind to everyone and everyone likes him because he is very sweet. Doctors are still not shure if it is autism because he doesn't have most of autistic problems. I had recived 3 prophetic words for 3 different people of God for him, and they are all the same. God says that what he experienced is a demonic attact to stop God's plan for his life, and that he will be healed, and that he will be a great man of God. Haleluja! I belive it! He is almost there. I continue to pray and speak life over him. God is good and He will use my son for his Kindom. All glory be to God!

Just ordered these 2 books ! Looking forward to them....we love skills. Autism is complicated and no 2 cases are the same but they all share some of the same characteristics. Delay in certain areas is widespread. At the same time they absolutely flourish over certain things it is strange. I need help! Last night I had a dream that I was hanging out with my sister and her friends at the pool. My sister hands me a pan flip that had pictures of dead Asian people laying down on the ground. The pan flip advertised that the game cost between 10- 30 cents. I asked my sister what is this game about? She told me that you're stuck in a village were Asian people have a virus. your job is to find out the clues in order to win the game. Next thing you know it, I was in a old building surrounded by Asian people who looked like they lost their souls. My sister and her friends ditched me in the building and left. I left the building to catch up with them, as I was running in the fields I saw a wooden temple with an Asian guy walking back and fourth. He told me I lost the game because I wasn't being considerate of other people around me. He also told me the reason why I have trouble reading peoples body language is because there something from the occult that is attached to me. The guy said in order for me to get rid of it is to pray it all away.
I'm confident that this dream was talking about my Autism and if you guys have any suggestions, please share your opinions on this because I am spooked by this dream.

All of these things are things I heard I was like when I was little and I even remember a lot of this including woth lights and flags and random running
I’m autistic and I think it can be a blessing in disguise. Like all great things, many blessings come with challenges… And it’s through those challenges that God does his best work. He teaches the biggest lessons and builds character through struggles. I have come so far from the confusion I’ve constantly lived in.. Now a wife and full time house mom to my son (who got diagnosed with being on the spectrum & that’s how I found out I’m autistic too :) I get praised for my organizational skills and being on top of tasks, but I praise God everyday bc I know it’s bc of HIM that I’m so sound of mind. A diagnosis doesn’t have to set the limits for how you live; it is the beginning, not the end, of your story ... With God as the author ✍️ of our lives..🙏🏼 Creator of ALL things (yes, including your neurology ;) ..great and unimaginatively impactful change is possible.

Why do I hate it when God gave me autism and that I wish he would have made me smart so I can be very smart in school that I have to be upset a lot thinking that God was unfair for me and that I don't like my own life that I cry sometimes and I just wish I can see Jesus face to face and I want him to fix me🙏
He’s still autistic, just heavily masking. People will be able to tell he’s different right away. I believe in healing, but this isn’t it. Masking is associated with increased physical and mental illness, and higher rates of suicide. He’d probably be more successful if he wasn’t forced to act like a carbon copy of a non autistic person. Who cares if he stares at ceiling fans? What people don’t understand is autism is an internal experience that results in behavior, NOT the behavior itself. I’m an autistic Christian, by the way, who has given up on masking. It led to lots of issues I don’t want to deal with, especially dissociation and possibly psychosis. I still do pray that God will heal me of my meltdowns, but so far that hasn’t happened.

As an autistic woman who also loves the Lord, I feel discouraged and sickened by the very idea that people who are supposed to be my brothers and sisters believe that autism is a kind of illness. This is even worse than calling it a disability. Shame on you. I am who I am today because of my autism, not in spite of it. And I certainly do not want to have it prayed away. This is a very destructive message you are sending to families with children on the spectrum, to adults on the spectrum, and to anyone else in the faith community who is neurodiverse.
Autism is a different ability. There are definitely challenges, which God most definitely helps us overcome. But even in those social and sensory impediments, we autistics can rejoice in the beauty of our God-given diversity. My prayer is that Christians will stop looking for deficits in people and start to accept that Christ's love is perfected in weakness.

God bless you. I understand. I used to get offended until I felt convicted that my pride should not stand in the way of my child's healing. Offense is rooted in religion and self-righteousness... it has been a bitter pill to swallow. Yet you, me, my child or anyone with autism are not any less loved or any less of a valuable child of God. But we all have limitations the enemy puts on us and it takes courage to see it for what it is. When autism is a delay of development and hinders a person from living independently, healthy and fulfilling their destiny, that's where the problem lies. If you broke your leg, would you fight healing because your wheelchair is comfortable enough? It's worth asking the Lord what His plans are...you don't want to miss out if He wants you to run. And yet you want to enjoy the gifts and talents He has given you. I encourage you to just ask Him. God bless!

Dutch Rose, my statement is not harsh. She doesn’t read the Bible. People are always blaming the Most High for everything and it’s disgusting. Our Creator said His people perish due to lack of knowledge. He also stated He has created a way out in the time of trouble. People are too lazy! There is NOTHING new under the sun. Autism is addressed in Mark 9. As believers we are supposed to separate from the world, if she accepts Autism as something “God” gave her then she is not serving the Most High Creator, Yah. Saying “God” made someone Autistic is blasphemous. You really think the Creator of the universe would make one of His children Autistic? You wouldn’t make your child Autistic now would you? Let’s use common sense. The Creator ask the question, if you who are evil are willing to do good for your children, how much more would I do for mine? Stop blaming the Father for the works of Satan.

I believe what Roman experienced was an 'Existiction Burst'. A phrased coined by Evar Lovaas, a leading Autism Professor in the 60's & 70's. It's when you believe an undesired behavior is gone, the person has a major, acute recurrance, but it's usually followed with a quick decrease and end to the behavior.
