      Agar apke sasural mai bahar nikalna aloud nhi hi to ap ghar mai hi chale koi
      Aap apni diet mai bilkul mat kam kariye aap oats,nuts,milk, vitamin D lijue jisse breast milk mai koi kammi na aye koi bhi jyada added sugar wali chiz aur processed food mat khaiye
      Jyada se jyada added sugar kam kariye apka weight kam hone mai madad karega
