Ordered this as soon as I bought my truck and I was so excited for this product that I was willing to wait the 25 weeks that they told me it would take to get it. I’m now at over 39 weeks and I finally just canceled my order. Im very disappointed as I have had my truck bed open for this long with no protection while patiently waiting for what I felt was one of the best products I’ve seen on the market for truck beds. I really hope they can get their manufacturing process figured out.
I'm in the same boat as you were still waiting with NO estimated delivery date as of today. If I don't hear from them soon I will be canceling my order also. I'm so happy that they are helping our men and women uniform, but not serving your day to day customers is a real issue. You really need to get your manufacturing problems ironed out.
Similar scenario here, 30+ wks then cancelled. Customers are committed, we are paying for the undelivered product and shipping in advance! In return, silence from the supplier. Hoping
