"it gets better" is an empty platitude, yes, but it's true - albeit with an asterisk. You will have good days and bad days, you will feel on top of the world some days and really bad others, but if you seek help, you start to have more good days (and better good days!) and fewer (and less potent) bad days. Seeking help is the hardest thing, carrying on is the next, but if i look back, I can confidently say to you now: It's worth it.
