I There are so many thoughts and ideas regarding this, and i feel core is the Human Nature and our understanding of this life, in the end, its true that there are many challenges, and thats sad as well, but for all that, we cant just blame each other, so, we should give our best to Be that change which we want to see in this world. If we want our leaders to preserve true democracy, lets start this with our own home, school, college, small systems and life. And lets teach our kid, the real and deeper meaning of life, which is not limited with all those conventional desires. There is lot to say, about our systems, and patterns of ongoing life, but ultimately we have to keep our body and soul together, so we also have to stay in this system, and keep doing some of the conventional thing, and along with that we can create some new realities as well, which will be gradual, but ultimately,... things will get better and so is the life of Humans.
Our Education system fails us if education is available for all and the education system truly delivers critical reasoning, parameters for analysis, and choosing a government then democracy can evolve otherwise we will witness doomsday. We studied civics yet it's of no use when one goes to vote. The Education system should make one truly capable of knowing and analyzing the workings of a government end to end in the right sense.
