    Gujrat and Maharashtra grew due to their capitalistic policies India needs to repeat same in every state

      Every year Kerala govt wins awards sometimes for Health and sometimes for Education from international org like UN. They are successfully delivering basic social and economic services and it has very less inequality. Both socialist and capitalist economy have some pros and cons and glad we are a mix economy.
      You are giving example of Maharashtra, seriously? Bhai inequality ka list dekho top 5 me hai, farmer suicide me bhi sabse top.

    Capitalistic leaning system is such a system that protects the interest of rights of selfish individuals with ample amount of money and power ,there needs to be reasonable amount of balance between private capitalism and socialism to avoid monopoly of big corporations and give equal opportunities for all who are talented and hardworking, despite practical challenges

    Correction, there were leader in earlier times too who favoured capitalism like Sadar Patel, Rajendra Prasad, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, Lal Bahadur Shastri. In fact there was even a openly capitalist party Swaraj Party

      India doesn’t have a rich per-capita earning, so the government-run industries help distribute the money from top to bottom.
