As Leon on Standard difficulty, I swear the safe code was different here. The numbers were like 9-15-7 or 7-15-9.

Wow, we actually got "more on Resident Evil 2 remake", I thought for sure the review was going to be the only video.

Just when Resi 1,2 etc. appeared on the PlayStation and due to the limited hardware provided an effect that the remake lacks due to the fixed camera angles, there was an extra layer of tension because you could hear zombies growling and shuffling but it lacked a free camera so you could hear the danger but didn't know where it came from scary stuff incredibly smart of the developers to use the limitation of the hardware in such a smart way.

Honestly that doesn’t make the experience scarier for me it does the exact opposite
When my character is physically staring at the enemy and I can’t even see them or when the camera angle changes 3 times in one short room or hallway it just ruins the immersion and fear

The safe combinaions were all different from when I played the game. I don't know if it is because Capcom changed them in an update or if they change depending on what difficulty you play on or even if they randomise now
