Prawns for dinner, way to go! The best way to make a good coffee. Beautiful scenery. Thank you for taking us on your camping adventure Chris. Have an awesome week. 🙏🏼👍🏼🤠🦘🐨
Hi from the U.K. great watching your camps and set up. I’ve just bought a coolabah after years of bivvy and hammock camping. We don’t have your wilderness but nothing wants to kill you here! Looking forward to a wild camp in the Welsh hills soon. Keep up the excellent work bud 👍🏻
awesome, enjoy your camp and you new kit. I should get my hammock out one day, have't used it for over a year I reckon! We're hoping to get up to the UK next year and the Welsh countryside is on the radar. As for being killed, I have made it 54 years so far 😛 I work on the theory that if I leave things be, they will leave me be. Thanks for watching and thanks for taking a minute to reach out, I really appreciate it ✌🏻
You rarely see a swag over here so I’ll be looking for a busier camp to show it off for a start! The most dangerous thing we have over here are the slugs!.. snails without a shell that seem to like the taste of saliva! B@stards 😂 if you want tips on wales I’m happy to advise.. it’s a beautiful little country 👍🏻
for sure, crappy name, flea creek, but it is a magic little spot, always popular in warmer weather....so I'll steer clear 😛 Thanks for watching, haven't seen much form your camera lately, or have the YT people been hiding you?
Beautiful spot! Thanks for taking us along! I like how you set up that tarp over & under your swag. Two weekends ago I did a 1-night backpacking trip at a spot in the Allegheny National Forest in Pennsylvania. It was really therapeutic. It’s getting to be late summer here & I’m looking forward to taking my swag out for autumn camping trips!
wow, I just checked Allegheny National Forest out, that would be amazing in autumn. You guys have such brilliant forests up there. My wife and I cruised around the whole NE USA in autumn about 25 years ago and loved every second of it. We did get down to PA, Bird-in-Hand and Philly basically. USA is like Australia, huge and takes a lifetime to see it all. Can't wait to get back there one day! Thanks for watching ✌🏻
@@outandabout_oz It really is beautiful here in Autumn! I think I take our forested areas here for granted sometimes. It’s really cool that you’ve been here to the Northeast & been to PA specifically!
yeah, it was nice to see the wattle up in the mountains. Plenty out here in Canberra, always a good vibe knowing the warm weather is around the corner. I use Final Cut Pro for the editing, Pixelmator Pro for thumbnails stuff like that. Good enough for the job I need to do ✌🏻 How about you?
@@outandabout_oz yeah looking forward to the warmer weather . I use Shotcut for editing its pretty good for a totally free program with heaps of youtube tutorials to help . great for beginners like me and for thumbnails i use Canva the free version
Thx for the vid.Heading back to the Brindies this weekend with Wewentthataway Adventures. Was down their this time last year when it snowed at Mt Franklin .Camped down at McIntryres Hut.
yeah, cool, enjoy. I just subscribed to the channel, look forward to seeing the video. There is a bit to catch up on there too. I was hoping for snow but it's been a shit year for it this winter. Even the snowfields have see very little real stuff. Enjoy the trip ✌🏻
Thanks for the content / videos mate I rock the same swag ( they are top notch ), out of this 12 month calendar year, I have camped for almost 2 months, so good to reconnect with the bush, also cheers for the glow in the dark zip tags idea, i copied it
No worries, glad the tip helped. 2 months camping in a year sounds like a pretty good year I reckon. Where have you been getting out to? Everywhere maybe 😛 23 Zero make good gear for sure. Thanks for dropping by and thanks for taking a minute to reach out and give some feedback, appreciate it ✌🏻
Another great camping video, would be good to know more about all the gear you use and what you still want to get. Seems you have a great system but it is a bit different each video. Always enjoy your vids mate
yeah, I am always trying new stuff out and have a bit of an addiction to doom scrolling amazon and Temu 😛 Thanks for the suggestion, I might do a quick run down on everything next camp I do. Heading into summer soon so will have a lot more light ✌🏻
camping and nature is always a great way to calm things down and forget about the shit going on at work
exactly my point, it's why I do it. I don't record every trip into nature either. I just love getting out there. Thanks for watching ✌🏻
A great 20 odd minutes of destressing…..love your ‘work’…….top video as usual, thanks! Cheers 👍👍
