Hi I really enjoy your videos. I’m 71 and because of your videos I’m learning how to strengthen my hips. Because of a series of events, including a broken elbow and a couple rounds of COVID, I lost a lot of mobility resorting to a cane and a walker. As I follow your suggestions for reclaiming my strength I rely on the aids less and less. Thank you for your RUclips videos jam packed with information. I’m grateful for your generosity!!

I CAN SQUAT!!! After watching your inspiring videos, I made being able to squat a lifetime goal because I thought it would be nearly impossible for me. But it only took a couple of months, so I guess now I need some new challenges! I SLOWLY and SAFELY practiced your exercises like the ones in this video and every time I needed something in a lower kitchen cupboard, I squatted as low as felt comfortable, instead of just bending over. One day I was so low, I realized I was nearly in a full squat and just eased all the way down. I got stronger fast and now I can squat down and stand back up without any upper body assistance at all. I can get down on the floor quite easily, squatting, kneeling, sitting cross-legged, and then stand up without any arm support. Amazing. Life changing. I am 65 and about 30 lbs. overweight. About a year ago I made a defeated, whiney comment that it's hard for me to get out of bed in the morning and didn't know where to start. 😂Well, I decided to do something about that. If I can do it…
I bought your healthy hips program. Going through it very slowly since I'm 72 and have a problem with an obturator internus musce on one side. But I can see an improvement in things I didn't expect. Moving around on the floor from one position to another was really painful...but that's basically gone away. I'm really happy I got the program. You inspired me to think it was muscles and not just age. And you were right! Would love a follow along!

Thank you so very much for taking your time to help people like me! Your exercise are simple and useful. I have been on medication for 12 years for four fibromyalgia. My body aches especially on the outside of my legs. My shoulders and around my clavicles hurt and are tender. Hi, would appreciate a follow along video. I did take notes and draw stick figures. I am trying to keep my hips from seizing up when walking ( post spinal fusion). Thanks for your videos - I am afraid I am one of the guilty “ watch but don’t do” people but the woman who recently commented that she can now do squats even though she is past 60 overweight has inspired me!
Age 82 & find my left hip is more stiff & have difficulty on bus steps which hampers my travel outside of home. Look forward to following along with you. Thanks
