Hey :3 Little question, did anyone else had problems with the Rom hack on the routes between slateport and mauville City? My game just started to keep freezing there everytime I try to pick up an item or when my Pokémon try to learn a new move. It's kinda annoying :/
This is my favourite romhack of all time (tied with Glazed and Blazed Glazed), I got such a pleasant surprise to see someone play it as a Let's Play. I'm currently doing an Oaklocke of this run (Prof Oak + Nuzlocke, can only catch one member of each evolutionary line, must breed for the rest, no Pokecentres, no Pokemarts, except for using the PC to transfer only when absolutely necessary and for selling things I get from Pickup), and after 7.5 hours, I have all the lines before Gym 1 started (all I need to do is evolve them as far as I can before challenging Roxanne)
4:42 why? jellyfish don't have aything to do with electricity (despite common depictions of them) but are venomous so the poison type makes way more sense for a jellyfish pokemon.
@@Zwigg0 Most forms of media do have some sparks dancing around jellyfish just to make them look more dangerous (It's a trope on tv tropes and everything) so i can see how people would start to associate the two. Guess getting poisoned is just to abstract for people to get scared of so they have to add some sparks. I dunno but it makes my inner know-it-all cry so here i am coplaining aout it.

I’m not a fan of fakemons, although this game I think doesn’t have fakemons but changes the type of most Pokémons. But this challenge was really interesting keep it up zwiggo!
@11 Edmund Tabah well i know that. it was just a joke about sex/gender differences. the game shows the biological sex of the pokemon and in my country (germany) we have some discussion about self-identification over gender. so maybe the little krabby identifies itself as a boy even though his biological sex is female. so if you say hes female though you dont know how he himself identifies you assume his gender. thats the joke. obviously its a kinda pointless debate in a video game like this ^^
The reason she has Charmander is because you have Clefairy. If you had Eevee, she'd have Squirtle, and if you had Pikachu, she'd have Bulbasaur (I know from playing this game several times). It's nothing to do with the "Charizard is overrated" thing. Also the creator decided to give each of the 3 starters a move that would be super effective against the first gym, so nobody would have a disadvantage this early (Jump Kick for Clefairy, Iron Tail for Pikachu, Metal Claw for Eevee) Dunsparce evolves at Lv 40. Ursaring is Normal/Fire, not Dark/Fire. Venonat has another male-exclusive evolution, Lucemoth is female-only (both evolve at the same level, no Dawn Stones involved). Pinsir is now Bug/Ground, and last time I used him he was insanely powerful, he was able to one-shot Lv 100 legendaries while only being about Lv 80 himself. His sprite comes from a beta version of Pinsir that was unused.
I recently played Blazing Emerald and I love it. So much that it may dethrone Clover as my all time favorite Pokemon Gba Rom hack. My Team is here: Sylveon Swampert Volcarona Lucario Siliviper Drasparath
Also, finding Riolu in Granite cave is hard as balls and I caught one before I exited the cave. It was like 2% and after 50+ Encounters I can't find it. Maybe I'm just unlucky or something.
Bro is this rom hack content contains the post game steven fight just like in emerald. If yes can you put a video showcasing the fight. By the way I love ur contents. It really showcases ur talents and even the rom hack creators.
you should do pkmn insurgence monotype. I would recommend doing a mono fairy, psychic, dragon, ghost, dark, or fighting run.(those are the starter types) psychic would be easiest(you are basically forced to battle mew) fighting would be hardest(both of your rivals have something good against fighting types: nora has celebi and damian eventually has shaymin sky and deoxys). set mode, no items in battle, beat the elite 4 and rematches, holon, and the azure flute quest. held items allowed. also, yes mega evolution(just wanted to put that in there) also, no overleveling. hard mode. lvl caps: gym 1: 25 gym 2: 35 gym 3 49 gym 4 55 gym 5 59 gym 6 65 gym 7 76 gym 8 84 elite 4 95(don't get there immediately bc the e4 lvl up as you do so I would recommend being 92-93). also, no cheese moves(I'm looking at you, double team ralts/delta ralts)
I think a cool idea for these types of challenges would be whenever you get to the elite 4, form kind of like an all star team of the fav mons you used on the run. Love the content!
Hey zwiggo what was the most annoying thing while playing pokemon games. I have a rom hack of pokemon platinum and l was going through the elite four and the second elite four member was a water type trainer and his wailord kept using rest when I bring it to red health
Honestly going through this game myself. I started off with Eevee myself an my Eevee is a shiny it's white as a ghost so I named it Phantom 👻👻👻👻👻👻. Still debating on what Imma evolve it into
@@iuk5099 I think it is since the fairy type is a think an the game has pokemon up to gen 8 it should be in the game. Iam debating on just literally making more then one save file an getting my eevee to evolve into all its forms

I have had one of the others Espeon an Umbreon were the first to I ever had in Old school Gold an Silver so special place in my heart for thoses to forms so really thinking bout making more then one file

Nemo and spongebob both depict jellyfish that electrocute so is more of a representation.
Guess stinging can be associated with both electricity and poison so i guess it gets confusing

I believe the regional pinsir looks like an existing scrapped pokemon design, doesn't it?
It’s the scrapped Pinsir evolution from the Spaceworld 1997 demo, if I remember right.
