Lol your stapler actually looks already like one of the better ones. Any MDF over 3mm thickness just isn't really very inviting to those staples, as you are 100% guaranteed to hit some tiny grain when driving them down. Even if it could deliver more power, you'd be just likely to bend the staples instead of getting them in to the stuff. Use small nails and a hammer to save you frustration. Also hotglue to pin parts into position is very convenient with this material.
@@BogdanBacila301 The weak point with staplers are mostly the actual staples really, get anything more beefy and just human hands are not able to deal with the resulting recoil anymore. It's basically only single pin nail guns for anywhere further down this path. And for the general living room experience, hot glue and MDF are just so much of a better pairing when it comes to binding force vs. noise emissions and effort. In fact, the whole build would be just solid with hot glue replacing any wood glue imho. Has the downside of you having to rather act fast, has the upside of being stable within a minute :) MDF and its surface properties are just made a match made in heaven when it comes to that glue gunny stuff. In my experience, rip it apart and it's always the material that fails, never the actual bonding.
Also please note, gonna super totally unsubscribe if "I built a bass from leftover MDF and staples, using a glue gun heater as a pickup coil and ITEM-profile-rods as a neck" is not uploaded within 2 weeks counting from now at the latest! :)
I had no idea you could get brad nails for a normal a stapler! I'll have to look into that. Great editing BTW, I really enjoyed that.
Thank you? Yeah, there are a couple of models which fit in these staplers :D
So satisfying to watch! Keep building stuff, you’re doing an awesome job. And nice “updates” on the editing. I laughed out loud at the end 😂
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it!
Now you can trip over a much sturdier box with aluminium edges. Nice build.
I call this the shin-breaker 😅
when you pulled out the three screw organizers all just bam bam bam my thought was f****in showoff lol nice vid. I like your editing style.
Thank you!
You are really good at these videos. Don't stop making them when you get that PhD.
Thank you! I definitely won't stop, there's loads of projects lined up now to be done.
Good to see someone putting string theory to good use!
Knew it would come in handy one day ;)
Great video Bogdan!
Thank you, Chris!
