Well gets close to the pond and hears women laughing in the pond. He says hi to them. They quickly get to the far side of the pond. Tell him they are not getting out till he leaves. The Farmer says that is ok. I just down here to feed the alligators. 😆
Definitely smart to put up a solar powered camera like that. Up way higher if you're trying to catch tresspasers. Wildlife it's the perfect height. It's really nice seeing the pond filled enough you can see many of the features Chris dug into the pond bottom. It gives a better comprehension of what does what. The fish trenches, hangouts and other items. The island is gonna be one fun place to hang out. How about a pontoon bridge to it in summer ?
I appreciate the video and showing all that you're doing but I'm have to admit I'm like many others the camera should have been higher and that way someone won't just walk through and take it or ruin it and by doing this showing it in the video they will be watching for it now you're actually advertising my friend best of luck thanks for the great video

Hope you get all your supports set before the water gets to the pier. It’s so much easier from the ground. Loving my Reolink cameras. Replaced my Rings because the quality of images was so much better. Lots of great projects moving along nicely.

Got a question for you, In NC do you have to put up "No Trespassing" signs to legally prosecute Trespassers ? Now I know every State is different on there statutes on Trespassing. Here in Florida I have to put them up on my Fence around my Horse Farm every 250 Ft. They also have to be Signed and Dated. Enjoyed the video, Thanks for sharing.

i watched LD18s upload 👍🏻about ya pond and he said you should of let him dig deeper, i took that as he meant down 20ft to the water table is i wright in thinking that? is it to late for him to dig down to the water table just in 1 spot or would that mess things up and cause a leck maybe or just to expensive? it would help the pond/lake fill up quicker would it not🤔? LD18 and ya good self would know better than i that 100% for sure 🤣 just a thought. It’s not under pressure so wouldn’t do alot. The water table rises through the winter. Static water level gets to within 3-4 feet of the surface. Thanks for watching and commenting 😊

The front and back outside band does not hold wieght and does not need lag bolts the ones holding the joist with metal joist hangers is the only ones that need lag bolts . ive built over three hundred decks in my 35 yrs. of framing houses and fences and 2 by 10 floor systems , just for some info, just to help save money, the ones with the joist attached to should have been doubles , More like a beam ,most likely can sag over the yrs. with single beam , even the ones in the middle of the deck should be doubled those also can sag over the yrs. Beef it up now before you go to far.Right now those single beams are holding about 3500 pounds of weight and thats before the flooring goes on, please beef it up you wont regret it later, please !!!! people also add weight alot of lbs on the deck you figure ten people another 1500 to 2000 more lbs. please beef it up !!!

You're a couple of good rainfalls from losing access to your dock construction, hard hats are recommended when working around exposed lumber.
