Minor help so far. They let me know I was doing the reset wrong. You have to hold it in for a few seconds till it chimes, the I got a voice prompt afterwards telling me "not connected to the net work" it won't recognize my Sim card thatbhas 26gb of data on it. I posted a second video showing the "reset". Thanks for watching
Mine is doing the same thing. Just got it yesterday and no voice prompt. I get alerts on my phone that it sees motion but I am not able to see any pictures or videos. Just a black screen
@@cathyshepherd yes, all 3 of my cameras are funtioning properly. if you still have problems after the reset. contact them through email. might need a warranty exchange

@cathyshepherd did you do a hard reset? After I did it correctly I would get the voice prompt. Make sure you press the reset until you hear a chime
