I will fast and pray. I will start again and get serious about it. The last time i did 40days prayer and fasting was two years ago and now i realise what the devil has snatched from me. Oh Lord help me not procrastinate again. I need to do this Lord help me.

Am so lazy at fasting and for that reason, i have ulcers, but am gonna rise my eyes to my Master who said that some things cant go with out prayer and fasting. So help me oh God.
