what a bunch of sweet faces!!!!! we are the odd balls being Italian in Atlanta. Now if you go down to Florida we woulld not be alone. Thanks for the video!
Pappa Paul and Chef Dom I just love you guys you cook the same exact way I do. My father was Naples. You guys work together great lots of laughs and busting balls. That’s how me and my 3 brothers are just like you guys. I watched every daddy Jack recipes he made me and my wife since we were both retired we used to stay up till 2:00 watching him cook. Guys one of the episode he came down to your moms house in Brooklyn and your mom made a feast for Dominic and Jack himself. Hey your brother had some big aperture . Then kitchen was small for everybody to eat especially for Jack and Dominic, but your poor mom made 3 lbs veal cutlets, meatballs, brocioles, macaroni and big salad. What a beautiful lady and mom you guys have. Now it’s your turn to take care of your mom and make all the great recipes you guys make. Give a big kiss yo your mom.
Outstanding! I have never seen one of your videos that didn't look delicious, and every recipe I've made WAS delicious. Thank you so much for sharing. I also wanted to add that watching your videos feels like being invited into your home with the family😊
@@BrooklynBrothersCooking hello italiano master 😎 Thank you so much for making publicity for my little channel 🙏🙏🙏 I really appreciate your friendly support Grazie mille 🙏
@@BrooklynBrothersCooking do you have a recipe for prosciutto bread? It took me forever to get one from Brooklyn, last summer all I did was bake prosciutto bread for everyone, the dumbest thing I did was tell my family and friends that I finally knew how to make it, everyone wanted it, let me tell you, very very expensive bread to make! 🙄
You could make them SUPREME BY ADDING A GARDEN VARIETY RAGU TO THEM. Mine turned out exceptional like that. It was just a 12:52 little experiment 😂. They were delicious your way as well but, I'm a chef so I always try to put my own little spin on some things just to see how it would taste. Fortunately it turned out well. I just heated and, added a little of the garden variety ragu to the top of the cannelloni 😂. Sorry guys I have to have my veges 😂. See you next time. Have a wonderful and blessed night. Seriously try my way and, let me know what you think. 😁.
Hi Uncle Junior 😊 As always, you guys out did your selves. You kept slipping, saying canoli 😂 Your recipes are off the chart. I can smell that food all the way from Brooklyn, N.Y. Looking forward to seeing your next recipe video.👍
Dude you are a awsome cook, Just like how I would do it. I see some people here on you tube, stuff the raw ground beef filling in raw shell. YUCK. You are a good cooker man.....lol, I am very pickey how I make food. But I would eat your cooking. YUM, I definately will be making this dish. YUM.. Thanks man. I saved you in my recipe tomake file.
I made this dish for the weekend, YUM, I added fresh chopped spinach to my Ricotta cheese and 99.9% lean Ground Beef mix instead of using Mozerella or other cheese, have to watch the colesterol and unsaturated fats....... WOW YUM...
Ask Santa 🎅 for a real piping bag for Christmas 🎄 😉 these look delicious! Congrats on becoming RUclips official, I now have to watch commercials to view your videos 🤪🤣
Absolutely love the videos guys. Is the 88oz of sauce shared in the video the suggested amount for the bottom of the pan only or is 88 oz enough for the bottom base and the tops for all 4 pans of Cannellonis (or was it Cannolis 🤣)? Thank You!
I made the Cannelloni for Sunday dinner along with your tomato sauce. They turned out great. I like your recipe of not totally covering up the Cannelloni with sauce and cheese so it shows off the dish more. Plus I think the overall flavors are better that way. Thanks again.
Just a thought. Your recipes are so amazing, you should have a much larger subscriber base. Was wondering if it would help if you made family size recipes instead of big restaurant size ones....like maybe in a 9 x 13 dish. Hope you don't mind me mentioning that. 😀
Sorry, but I have to laugh a little to myself. In my house restaurant size IS family size! Lol 🤣Also, everyone…especially me appreciates the left overs. Most times it’s better the day after too! If nothing else, and you don’t like having the same dish more than once, remember most baked Italian foods freeze very nicely. Cook once, eat twice! 🙋🏻♀️❤️
It was good until I seen using premade pasta...I'm not trolling but have you ever rolled dough so thin you can see it through a news paper. Just learning thanks for the channel

What about adding some Italian sausage to the meat?
Sure, that works
Definitely
In Italy it's Cannelloni. In the US it's Manicotti. My Mom was Italian so it was Cannelloni in our house.
Looks great. Thanks guys

I was wanting to make some meat and spininich stuffed shells and I'll be damned if I didn't stumble across your video, awesome guys, I will do this
Thanks Barry!

Yummy 😋
you'd be well served to add a good amount of lemon zest to your ricotta mix. it really adds a bright twist to lighten up all those heavy flavors
Great tip, thanks for sharing!
Anything really different if I use veal?
Veal would be great!
