Unfortunately there are many irregularities that make this video extremely unrealistic:
The checker program is designed to resemble the text mode setup wizard that DOS 6.22 uses to install itself onto a hard disk; however, this checker program violates the rules of text mode pseudographics multiple times, with inconsistent font sizes, text that doesn't align to the grid, and a progress bar that also doesn't align to the grid.
An Internet check seems very farfetched for software from 1994 such as DOS 6.22. Internet access didn't become popular outside of educational establishments and militaries until a little while after Windows 95's release.
The BGM is an adaptation of the Velkommen theme, composed by Stan LePard for Microsoft for use in Internet Explorer in 1996, some two years after DOS 6.22's release. It is depicted as polyphonic in this video, which would not have been the case, since any sound built-in to the OS would have to have been producable using th emost primitive hardware supported by it, that being the PC built-in monophonic speaker, which could only produce one tone at a time.
This is a TRUE anti piracy screen without any jumpscares or anything that others put to "enhance" it. Good job
1:11 fun sound effect
1:14 lag be like:
MS DOS:you need internet
Me:but wait....MS DOS doesn't have internet support.
It did.
It does with drivers
one word: drivers.
Ethernet drivers: am I a joke to you?
@@RFrappuccino oh yeah i forgot
I love it! Can you do windows 95 AP, in the style of the BootMii NAND Backup?
Imagine if he actually made this a DOS program.
That sounds nice
That would be cool
He did likely, you can make something like this with a lot of time and effort in QBssic.
1:18 Progressbar95 internet connection.
No, it's modem successful handshake
After 5 years on the east coast, it was time to go home
Huh?
what do u mean?
It's a GTA reference, although it was put in a inappropriate time.
0:10 WHAT IF ANTI PIRACY DIDN'T DETECTED?
2:07 windows xp setup music but pc beeper or 8 bit only
2:07 windows xp instalation music
I like this channel ☆
Capricorn gorefield be like: 1:14
every ap screen:
*you have been charged 250k dollars for possible piracy*
also them:
thank you for choosing [brand name here]
2:30
Because theyre glad you thought their software was so good that you decided to pirate it
why does the end anti piracy screen music sound like church music or funeral music
He deserves more subs than this
This is so scary me for me at night
How Much Time Do You Think WIll It Take Until WMware AP?
@@TheGreatUnknownProductions you are growing really fast! 601 subs now, road to 1k!
Yes
I recommend to shut down volume
you would always need internet because the content on floppy disk can be edited and the system can think that the license is okay (critic, not hate)
2:07 Gimme that music plz (BTW sounds like winxp installation music
It’s a 8 bit version
I called the number on screen and it brought me to a Microsoft number.
1:10 why is the text so smooth it would have been better if it just popped up
Fiction is defined as something that is not true. An example of fiction is a book that is not based on a true story. An example of fiction is a lie that you were told. An example of fiction is a false belief.
What editor did you use? Is it for android?
It's PowerPoint and for Windows only
@PlayStation News i don't think it also in android, better check the play store
@PlayStation News yep,ur right it also in android
Ok thanks
@@fart1234.Powerpoint also on android
i thought msdos does not have license key??
why the hell is there music and why is it a bop
How do u do Dat
You get to jail for pirating MS-DOS but pirating Windows 11 is fine
Its realistic. The keyboard noises, The GUI, And the scenery.
Asmr tho
All of that for : COMMAND LINE :)
Was that end music supposed to be a MIDI version of the windows xp installation music?
I think so
This will be 😔
I think is not realistic because you use Windows XP setup first screen and it needed a internet even the crazy sounds
The bottom bar is too big. Good job though👏
The thing that makes me feel like this is unrealistic from the start is the internet being required
internet was invented in 1969
@@callmevbuck4054 how much people had internet and did ms-dos even have internet support
@@supermyl It does with drivers.
MS-DOS 6.22 came out in like 1994, the WWW or World Wide web came out in 1990, and Mosaic came in 1993. The dial-up system by AT&T came out in the 1960s.
@@catsoc9 The WWW started in 1993, and with it Mosaic came out in 1993.
Huh it says thank you for choosing Microsoft
How does ms-dos fade text and show hd images
It doesn't
MS-DOS is free boi

Hi, wanna say that the loading bars aren't so smooth in MS-DOS
i think they time travelled
This is kinda unrealistic because the internet was not widespread in the 80s and to get it on dos means drivers, and Microsoft software like control panel doesn’t use drivers. . Also the red part fills up the bar not goes out of it. I would know, I’ve installed windows before. Also also, dos screens weren’t widescreen, they were 4:3.
That was only for video purposes
@@FunkyFurret okay, but I’m pointing out the flaws.
@@RFrappuccino its version 6.22, so it must have some sort of support for ethernet cards
@@NathanPlays395 but it’s still DOS. First version of Windows to have native networking support is Windows 95. This version came out in 1994, almost Windows 95, but it did not support networking
@@RFrappuccino yes, but only when addon cards that brings support to it
iPod nano 7th Gen green AP?
2:30 what?
it's another variant of the video which isn't directly from the screen
"thank you for choosing microsoft" bro i pirated msdos and its thanking me for it 💀💀💀💀
Title.wma at AP.exe?! Wtf
Fake or Real ❓🤔
fake.
it is obviously fake, lmao
