Only critique i would have is uncapped fps is actually not great unless you're running that crazy high refresh rate. For most players it's better to cap it at about 50% more than your refresh rate or double if you can. It'll give you more consistent and predictable frame pacing, which is actually better for most players. If you leave it uncapped it can be inconsistent and those little micro inconsistencies can really mess with some people.
I would argue that it's better to play with vsync and reflex / anti-lag on if your PC can handle more than your refresh rate. For me it gives a steady 159 FPS, whereas uncapped framerate resulted in uneven frametime. In CS:GO it would've been unoptimal to cap your FPS that much because less FPS meant higher input lag, but Reflex/Anti-Lag eliminate this issue.
Texture filtering can be set to 16x without looking back bcs this isnt much of a hassle for gpu's for like 10 yrs. I'm using it since 3-4 weeks and didnt notice any barely fps drop.
You can use pro settings all you want, it won't make you play like them. Settings don't mean anything at all. FASHR uses right mouse button to walk, "?" to jump and has all other keybinds on insane keys as well. Hallzerks resolution is 1152 x 864 and has the most disgusting crosshair you will ever see. It is just what you are used to. The only setting that really does matter is the refresh rate of the screen since people playing on 120 Hz will see things twice as fast as people playing on 60 Hz.
@@HUNCHOTHEGOAT That's genuinely possible. A lot of your performance is based on your mental state. If you really believe that the settings make you better you will play better. It is also possible that those specific settings work well for you and that if you copy a different pro you will get worse. Hard to say.
You're talking about keybinds while the video is strictly about video settings. Doesn't mean you have to follow the pro settings by the margin. But ambient occlusion and shadows give you a competitive advantage and it's important to understand what each setting does for you

This is the most dumbest settings i saw for while... 1. Why tf would u use 8x msaa meanwhile u could just use higher resolution with lower performance cost... + It literally TANKS the cpu performance 2. While the vsync is disable is understandable, the unlimited fps will cause frame-time/rate spikes 3. Player contrast does not affect performance and would be dumb to disable. 4. Ambient occlusion will destroy the fps 5. No reason to use high shadows, specially when u using dynamic shadows too. 6. Nvidia reflex... Like cmon man it literally just improves the game latency noticably when its ON.
I mean wtf is purpose of this short. Everybody can go on google and search cs2 pro settings. No hate just wondering since when is copying pro settings something NEW?
doesn't matter if you put fps_max 500 or fps_max 0. they are both above his 360hz monitor so as long as his fps is set above 360 it won't be any difference
@@someoneelse564 They play like this because it's what they got used to. You would think it's better because enemies look wider on 4:3 and therefore easier to hit, but they also appear to move faster on your screen which makes it harder to hit. Not to mention you would also have less visibility and won't be able to see the enemy that appears on the corner of a 16:9 player's screen.
No matter what settings you use you still need experience, so if you’re good enough, you wouldn’t care about the settings.

It's like micro stutters, but it's more about your frame times being consistent than about sliding dropped or delayed frames at all.
