Yw what I always use to get a error msg when I load in screen it would close all my tabs untill the error showed up and every since I clean my files and delete system32 i have not got that error message every again and

Cuda p2 state which probably wont affect gaming performance, it more has to do with other types of non gaming loads for GPU's . Furthermore, why wouldn't you want to have the latest driver? How long are you going to stay on the old driver? Not for ever for sure. Based on these and other findings would take this guide with a grain of salt.

I can help you out with overclocking if you're unsure about it. Then go for optimized in game settings, those for sure affect performance. There are quite a few videos on cs2 graphics settings, so have a look on some of those and try them out to see what works for you and your computer.

What GPU model are you looking for? I can do some reading and see which models give you good cooling without being too expensive.
Changing windows power plan to anything other then balanced, makes your x3d cache not working with games that would use it. I'm using a ryzen 9 7900x3d, and on balanced it's just fine, you don't either need the maximum power plan in nvidia and just use the nvidia app and optimize your game by the graphics, i have no delay, no ms, no microlags or anything. Just go with a normal Windows install, doesn't bother with regedit that much. Make it simple, it will work.
Can you change the skin back afterwards without it disable the kboost again? and also if i have a decent pc 7800x3d 4070 do i need to enable ultimate performance or leave it on normal?

When you change global NVIDIA preset to performance all the settings that impact performance will be changed automatically. Texture filtering doesn`t change because it doesn`t affect performance much
seems to have broke my gpu cooling in one way or another, idle temp is 79degrees before was around 60 - playing any game brings it right up to 90 before i have time to load into a game so i close it to be safe.

hello Astro i've been using w10 for the past months and managed to optimize all dpc spikes, i installed w11 to see if i could reach same results but everytime i open any window nvidia an direct X kernel go above 7ms spikes the things i did for optimization were basic windows debloat win32priorityseparation 16 Threaddpcenable MMCSS tweaks and GPU, USB and LAN affinities thanks in advance

Running on an older driver is braindead for a game like CS2, as a lot of the optimisations made by Valve are made in conjunction with Nvidia/Amd, which are then released on newer drivers. Also, no benchmarks? The least you can do is prove that these optimizations actually work.
This guy claims he optimised PCs for M0nesy and other pro players, yet doesn't know in detail what each change is really doing. The only 2 tweaks in this video that have a slight impact are the power plan and limiting the number of background apps.

If you are GPU bound, turn ON Reflex (GPU Bound = Your CPU is more powerful than your GPU, i.e. your GPU is holding you back from more frames and is the limiting factor )
@ yes , Enabled + Boost is for cases when you are CPU bound . Btw I have a similar set up with a 7800x3D and RTX 3080 10GB , so I am GPU bound - my setting would be “Enabled”
@ set fpsmax to 0 , that’s true uncapped framerate I know you probably don’t even get 400 fps (if you play 1440p or 4K) so make sure you get all the performance out of your GPU

My Ryzen 5700x3D doesn't have the option to download from the chipset driver the 3D V-Cache Perf Optimizer as shown in 1:50. Any help?
Sometimes it doesn`t show up in the menu, maybe try a different version

Those two options are identical if you use native resolution. The scaling won`t be done anyway because there is nothing to scale

You should just disable 2nd CCD for cs2 in BIOS and about driver, newer versions are buggy, this is the most stable one

i think you followed the boost memory clock method. try to undo it to your base clock.

you don't need that kboost, it is redundant as locking boost clock to fixed voltage.
You didnt mentioin anything about optimization for windowed mode.. you have it enabled but said nothing about it.

you probably have a laptop, so you will need to install a specific version of Windows for it to show up. It`s called Windows Pro for Workstations
