Hello, i have RTX 3080 and my smokes are grainy, pixeleted no matter what setting i use. I have updated everything, did DDU install still same problem! I have not noticed that problem before they updated smokes. Maybe there is some fix and you know it? Thank you

Астро, еще скажи в одном из роликов, что загруженные карты из мастерской очень сильно влияют на инпут лаг(в негативную сторону) и может быть на задержку кадра(надо тестить). поэтому лучше не иметь карт из мастерской
i play quake champions with it ON... works better than off. Also in splitgate works better than without. ALSO GSYNC ON. this is per game different if gsync is function proper or not. I dont play Counter strike tho but i have 100 videos of playing quake 1on1 U need mouse with 25K sensor at least. got 23cm 360

But then what do you do about the input lag? You leave the gpu to 99% recommended players to play like this? Either I missed something either your advice is really bad

afaik, Reflex "off" uses the usual 1 frame buffer in most fps games, there are no long queues or it will feel terrible
im forced to use gaync vsync rn because screen tearing in insane and makes it unplayable time to get new monitor

Sorry to bother again ,wanted to ask one more question. Are you aware of a fix for the electricity issue or is there none? I am willing to pay for a solution or information on why this happens.

@@Flare97 yeah so basicly there is a thing called electricity input lag. Caused by either emf/emi or dirty power. Dont ask me how im not an electrician but i have to deal with it in my appartment, not at my parents place and i brought my entire setup there. There is a vocal group of people on blurbusters who suffer the same , but if has not been accepted as a real issues yet . When you think about it if makes sense. Your power supply has a built in filter that deals with noise, but if the noise is too much to handle it causes input lag, in my case floaty mouse , bad inputs from your keyboard when strafing. I wont get too much into it because its unlikely you believe me and just write me off as crazy , but i think this issue is far more common than people realize, but it has yet to get any form of serious attention, most people are casual gamers that probably dont even notice it. I can instantly tell when something is off. I can still game casually but aiming is an actual chore.
@@jeremyniels cant it just be interference from other devices? Or maybe an underpowered PSU? Hears some people complain about similar stuff when the psu was bordering its max load.

As someone with a fairly capable PC (5950X +3090TI + 32GB), it is a very noticeable improvement with Nvidia Reflex On vs Off. For the longest time I used to think it was better, but only recently disabled it and realized how much better/accurate my aim became without it.

you always want on + boost yes you lose a few fps when compared to just on but the latency decrease is worth it
Then just use reflex for the lower latency anyways and use prefer maximum performance
so if i play native i should use reflex
If you have an x3d chip DO NOT use prefer max performance as this will stop your chip parking cores do everything else he said in vid except that step also not sure if that patch will affect it have to test hope this helps X3D user only

All that prefer max performance does is tell the GPU not to opportunistically downclock if the GPU considers itself partially idle each frame. Has nothing to do with the CPU.

Gotta use "-noreflex" in launch options to fully disable reflex, it's not enough to disable it advanced video settings. Measurable difference in framepacing and 1%lows this way as long as you also use fps_max 0 (use a framecap through nvidia control panel if you want to).
Tried -noreflex fps_max 0 and nvcp cap but could feel a slight bit more of input lag that was messing with my duels. Maybe placebo
@@ameame8 you can measure latency with presentmon. either placebo or you used too high of a cap and reached gpu max usage

The Anti-Lag 2 implementation is probably newer than Reflex and requires its own testing (since it was released later). No conclusions can be made directly, as the way amd gpus work is different to nvidias, and the driver and game implementations are obviously different too.
