For him to say that her behaviour and conduct towards him was unacceptable is a serious understatement!! But people such as her unfortunately exist, and they intrude in every life!
Flight attendants don’t need to be rude to passengers or anyone else there’s nothing worse than a rude attitude with anyone everyone needs to be respectful of everyone and be treated the way you want to be treated yourself
Thanks for watching from Jamaica! Just so you know, she was fired for her actions-there are consequences for that kind of behavior. Appreciate you sharing your thoughts!
This is another example of the manner incidents such as Linda's were handled. I thoroughly enjoyed this post, especially since Marcus took swift and decisive action. This, in my opinion, is a textbook manner in which these types of incidents are to be handled.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! It’s great to hear you enjoyed the post. Marcus’s swift action really shows how important it is to handle these situations decisively. Glad it resonated with you!
My problem with these stories is that the victim is always someone of importance and so action can be taken. But what if the victim was an Ordinary ordinary citizen? Let's have stories of ordinary citizens who become victims are given justice simply because they are human beings!
You bring up such a valid point. Everyone deserves justice and respect, no matter their status. Stories about ordinary people facing challenges and receiving the justice they deserve can be incredibly powerful and inspiring. Thank you for sharing this perspective!
I don't believe it, something like that can be interpreted as an assault/battery on a passenger resulting in getting arrested and also fired from the airlines
I donn't believe these story .it is always the same flight attendant in first who is pouring either coffee or cola over an importance person from the airline
I have over thirty years of Customer Service experience under my belt and HATE and dispice un professionalism. Respect is non negotiable, no matter who you’re doing business with.
whatching from Canada, I've been through bad thing on American airline because of my husbend's accent and problem with hearing. The flight attendat was yealling at him and he was being asked if he has a language barrier. I and my husbend didn't get the seats that were on our boarding pass. plus he has an amputated leg.
I'm so sorry to hear about your experience-that’s absolutely unacceptable. No one should be treated that way, especially considering the challenges your husband faces. Sending you both lots of strength and kindness. You deserve so much better!
ANother copy of a copy of a copy - hot coffee works better, but Coke's O.K. I guess. Owning an airline seems to automatically put folks in harm's way - moralize, moralize, moralize, bla, bla, bla.
I like the intent of this story, but I'm sorry I don't believe it. Like so many of these tales involving airline passengers and crew members, I think this is bogus.
Totally get where you're coming from. While the story is fictional, it reflects situations that some people face in their daily lives. Just because it’s fiction doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

Flight attendants are trained to maintain their composure under all circumstances. The story is very highly absurd.

Love your story from Memphis Tennessee
Indiscipline shouldn't be tolerated in any case
Absolutely agree! Indiscipline should never be overlooked-addressing it is key to maintaining respect and order.
I am watching from Jamaica and she should get fired for doing that she wants the wrong to do that in the first place
Thanks for watching from Jamaica! Just so you know, she was fired for her actions-there are consequences for that kind of behavior. Appreciate you sharing your thoughts!
I'm pretty sure she can be arrested for assault. Tucson Arizona
