Kyle Bergstrom finally rode it. Way rougher than I expected not to mention you gotta be a tooth pick if you don't want to get stapled. Only running half capacity too.
Terrible idea to be honest. In my opinion. They wasted money on build a ride very similar to Daredevil. They could have spent this on revamping an older ride like Kong / Boomerang, or building another compact ride, such as a drop tower. Their problem is space to build a large and interesting ride, they don't have any more land to do so, unlike some other parks. Why not spend the money on something else rather than a new version of Daredevil. Just my opinion, reply if you like.

Lol, I got insanely lucky getting on this ride. I was at the park on a random day, and I had not been in years. The ride was open and I had my camera glasses so I gave it a shot. Very boring and bumpy honestly. I'm glad skyline attractions is better now but yeah haha

I'd rather ride the normal thing it looks nicer and six flags parks don't need these having superloops in most of them either. At least built it or any future variant at a place that doesn't have what this was obviously based off.

It technically wasn't a roller coaster. You see the long strip of guide tires? Those connected the two trains and were on the booster wheels, making this a powered coaster. If it had one train, then it would be a roller coaster. If the Eclipse model was still a thing, its single train version could be a single-rail Intamin Vertical LSM Large (despite using booster wheels instead of LSMs).
How does it take this long to build basically some other companies version of a larson super loop? It also somehow manages to look less professional despite running on a RMC rail and having different style inversions (including the eclipse model shown at iaapa that is really what this should've been in the first place, or the horizon model we might see at seaworld San Diego. Also why is this not at one of the park's that didn't get a super loop? Way too similar.

This is a coaster. It is a multilaunch with a single train that has two seating sections with wheels connecting them, but there are parts of the track without wheels and without launches.
had ridden this before (in 2018) . haters , sorry to say that i fohnd it decent , but it was saddening that it wasn't as smooth as i expected . the turns weren't as smooth either , so this was a 6/10 . the ride was shut down eventually , cuz of obvious reasons , so six flags at that time wasted their money on a flop attraction . there wasn't a lot said about the villain either , and the queue was also sad . this was also the first attraction to start downtime's due to technical failures with the ride . i understand opinions and feelings about attractions like this , considering the ride is not a person .
Brandon well our sixflags (st.louis) got a waterslide this year. It didn't open as advertised til later and within a week of opening a lady injured her neck causing it to shut down til further notice. Sixflags really sucks anymore.
thanks for the video. I have a huge problem with the way six flags treats it's customers, they gave a grand total of 1 day notice of this thing opening (not to mention they don't open until the beginning of august when it was supposed to open in june!)

This year wasn't that great for the Six Flags chain. Twicy looks good and Golden Lasso would be better with higher capacity but besides that all of the parks were lacking. I did ride Cyborg and it was really fun, but the cycle was like a minute shorter than it should be.
CoasterMagicX2 well if that works for you. This is the same website with intamin half pipes being counted, powered coasters, self propelled, etc. The "is it a coaster" credibility of rcdb is pretty dead, they might as well just add Larson superloops and Zamperla disk-o rides too.
OneAndOnlySound yeah but intamin half pipes have coaster tracks. What makes a coaster is its track. Super loops dont have roller coaster track, pipe scream doesn't have roller coaster track. This and half pipes do.

Con someone explain why the entire circuit has those wheels/train link up? I would think it would be cheaper to have like a tire or lim launch at the bottom of each loop to keep the momentum up. That's a lot of materials. Secondly - how does this work? Where is the energy coming from?

Lol Six Flags Discovery Kingdom is the worst park ever. When i went there i was like wtf is this, am i at a fair grounds?! SixFlags Magic Mountain is way better. We have it all. Over 98+ Food/Shops. Rides for kids and family. 14 Coasters! Less waiting for lines... we even have a waterpark! Lets not forget we also have the real SuperMan ride!
