Aries Smart Retimer for PCIe® 5.0 and CXL™

In this video, VP of Products Casey Morrison demonstrates new Aries Smart Retimer solutions for PCIe® 5.0 and CXL™, as well as a new protocol-non-disruptive Low Latency Mode.
Specifically, the demonstration covers how the Aries PCIe 5.0 Smart Retimer Add-in-Card (Equinox) - jointly developed with Intel - enables system designers to start PCIe 5.0 system level testing with the Sapphire Rapids-based platform using PCIe 4.0 endpoints. Additionally, Casey explains how the Aries Smart Retimer Low Latency Mode delivers sub 10ns latency, which is critical for CXL applications and available for PCIe 4.0 and PCIe 5.0 systems.

This part is really great! But what does it look like if you connect an rtx4090? Would there be a loss of performance as a result or does the part pack the power?
