Great video! Nice Bride of the earlier albums. Around 1990 Star Song acquired many of the Pure Metal artists around 1990-92 like Whitecross and Bride. I'm not sure if they took over Refuge or just the Pure Metal division. I wonder if Saint and Messiah Prophet continued for a while if they would of been signed. The management at Pure Metal were known to be shady. The thing with Star Song is some of these bands went from having 1 or 2 ballads to more than 2 per album once they were signed to Star Song which is too many ballads. I had the Show No Mercy cassette and couldn't get into it. I gave then another chance and bought Snakes in the Play Ground and still couldn't get into it. I couldn't get into or couldn't get past Dale's vocals. Found out years later he was a universalist which I don't agree with that theology.
I don't think he was a Universalist back then when they wrote those classic albums . His vocals are different for sure but I really liked his voice from the start but I do have friends that dont like Bride because of his vocals. Different strokes ! Thanks for watching God bless you !
