This one is GuitarRig… but I always put a screenshot of the setup so you replicate in any other software. This is just a Big Muff into a JCM800 - so it’s just about dialling in the time on the BigMuff. Have fun!

Is the open low E string in the tab an actual open E or more of a string mute(muted by the left hand)?
You want the E open for most of the song. You'll actually have to fight your instinct to mute it
