hey man. I'm starting my Lego City. Buying Modular sets. One thing that bothers me is that the base plate of the modular buildings are lower than the new lego road system. Could you make some tutorial video that show all the parts needed to do something like your rased baese paltes. I think thats looks good
Hey mate. When i build my modulars etc i put them straight onto a MILS plate. Saves mucking around with them later on. I actually made a video about them back in July "What is a MILS Plate??". From there i also put my roads on their own verson of Mils plate whuch gives them sidewalks etc. I haven't done a vid yet but I'm hoping to relatively soon. The benefits of doing these are it makes it a lot easier to move around with the plate making it a lot more stable compared to a baseplate, you can also use technic pins to lock it al together.

Haha, it's starting to feel that way. A lot of space left on the tables but already having to cut out ideas like a theme park due to lack of space.
