This was so helpful! I am doing a negative space drawing of a stool in my art class and I totally didn't know how to do it. My teacher was teaching us a really hard way to do it by guessing the distance between spaces and the stool. Now after watching this video I totally understand. Thanks!!

The finish product is the same, but the process has a different focus that will help you to focus on compositión instead of the subject. Also, it´s really useful to check the proportions of your drawing.
