      Can I please ask if this is evidenced based? Rate of infections with this management technique as formally taught any breach in assembly for epidural catheter the catheter needs to be removed? Is this practice correct? Thank you.

      @@HK-dq1eg I have been replacing the epidural if the connection comes off. Have had to replace 3 in last year on labor deck for this happening.

      inside the USA: Res Ipsa Loquitor says just pull the catheter or try explaining this in your deposition
