Mishumoto has been giving me problems as well. Got inercooler in an empty box with no packing at all except an old dolly tire and a bashed up intercooler. Then they were supposed to send another one but all I got was piping. Maybe 3rd time is a charm?

what are the differences between the 160 180 and 215 p pumps is it just the delivery valves are they completely different in how much fuel they are capable of pumping.

Why not pull the head and get it decked and o-ringed especially for hp levels this build is going for and then you can check you clearance for lifter clearance, making sure you piston protrusion is good and valve face wear is with in spec, that’s a big cam to just put in.
Hey Bruce, What do you know about the electric fan clutch on the cummins 04-07 and is there a way to delete it without a affecting the computer and A/C system?
Very curious on what kind of power that turbo makes.. on my 12v with a benched pump, 5x20s, s369sxe and mid 20 degrees of timing, it made right at 700hp to the wheels.. Looks good so far!

Tavo24vv the 12v water pump pushes a lot more water than any other truck. 24v trucks flow less for this reason. A lot of guys just trim the blades off the water pump or do a pressure poppet valve in the rear freeze plug to release the pressure back into the rad.

Sonder Gaming i sold my 2nd gen and got what most consider the worse powerstroke (6.0) and am so happy i made the change. 200000 miles and no issues besides alternator going out and deleted egr. Ford amazes me how all those miles and the transmission is perfect all electronics work interior mint and all suspension is like new. I had issues not with the cummins but the card board box they call dodge that it was in
Sonder Gaming front ends and body’s are shit, autotrans can be a issue if not upgraded to handle increased power but can be built pretty cheap, there just different reworked t727 with overdrives, lock up torques and switch from hyd control to electronic control in 96. Also 5th gear falls out on nv4500, nv5600 good trans, expensive maintain and early models had a smaller input shaft1-1/4 to the 2001-up with 1-3/8
Hey Bruce see if you can help me understand this 05 Cummins industrial injection 60 hp sticks and built trans with edge CS in economy egts are 2 to 300 degrees higher than if I'm in the street tune next up from economy only thing I noticed is rail pressure up a little higher than the economy tune I know lower egts are best just seems weird

Higher rail pressure cause better atomization, smaller injection phases cause the engine fuel air ratio to be leaner which cause higher cylinder temps, and the timing could be advanced more then the other times causing cylinder pressure to increase along with combustion temperature and higher NOx

You should get afc live for it, from powerdrivensdiesel. It allows you to completely adjust your pump on the fly.

That big block Chevy fuel pump block off plate automatically adds 200ish hp! needed one with a bowtie on it though lmao

How did this spool up? What were the specs of the turbo? What size DV’s? T3 or T4? Auto or manual?

You can just grab a fuel block off plate for a Chevy big block any auto parts store

Oh I'm good then when I pull a hill it can get 1000 in economy the 3rd tune 750 850
