Yeah you really should mention that the front sight fit isn't tight enough to be self-aligning, and if you just follow the instructions in this vid, the front sight will not be straight. I didn't notice it until a few minutes after tightening it down with that red loctite on there. Thankfully I was able to get a 12" crescent on the sight and straighten it out. Never heard of using any loctite, let alone the red stuff, on the rear sight neither. Kinda wonder how he plans on adjusting the windage if the P.O.I. is off.
Why in 2020/2021 do we still need to file and use glue? I have purchased dozens of Glock sights since the 90s and the fit is consistent, no need to file or grind anything, modern machining has a very consistent Glock slide and sight. Leaving the final gunsmithing to the end user is not good. Why use thread locker on the sight dovetail? you already have set screws. Is it really necessary?
Are you guys planning on doing big dot RDO/Suppressor height sights for the 43X? I have a 43X MOS but, would like to try the Big dot over the R3D which I know is available in RDO height for the 43X.
Help! I installed the XS RAM night sights and used the loctite. My sights are slightly off. Can I adjust my back sight with my sight pusher even though the loctite dried days ago? Thanks
*_Thanks a lot, havent purchased the sights yet, but this is the one for me_*

Do you even need the screw for the front sight with all that loctite?

No hex tool for the install is a nightmare
