I have already researched all my options in my situation and where I go from here. I desperately need a storage unit, temperature-controlled with shelves and bins. I am at 900 items living as a government assistant and want out. I could use that 5k and do whatever I need to get out.
Sourcing in my area isn't the same as when I started two years ago. Goodwill items rotates monthly, if it doesn't sell you will see it until it goes down to $1, then it gets sent to the bins. After sourcing in different areas in California, Canada and Arizona, its just not the same. Picked up better brands, styles and the prices are slightly higher. Worth paying more to get better cash flow.
The part I struggle with is putting stuff away. I absolutely hate it

For me sourcing is my absolute favorite. I could do it daily if i didn’t have little kids.
