Yep, I used England of all teams (I’m English) and still managed to achieve rank #1 in the online leaderboards for 360.. I remember you could see your online stats vs each country somehow. Ironically my best record/ easiest team to beat was vs Spain. I remember looking and noticing I had a pure 50-1-0 or something vs Spain, I had something similar with Brazil too… whilst with weaker countries I’d have more of a record of 30-2-2 or something. Probably speaks more to how kids/ noobs to football would hop onto a bandwagon, whilst real football fans stuck with their own country and would put up a good fight. It got to the point where I was relieved whenever I saw Spain/Brazil in the final.

After exploring South American teams, my cousin had found Brazil who had a way better team and would always beat me because I only new about Mexico & USA I was so badly motivated to beat him at his game I tried all the teams in South America and found out about Argentina ! Yes!! this team actually has a crazy attack and greater team overall when comparing to Mexico & USA Now I was the one beating HIM all the time when we would play! Eventually my cousin started choosing Argentina over Brazil! Without even beating me!! So I would choose Brazil and we would go at it again!! 11 years later and Im still playing fifa 22 with my cousin who is about to be a father in 2 months!! Love you bro time does fly!!

Really annoys me now the lack of effort that goes into video games now! Back in the day when they didn’t F about with games. In the game and 2014 you could play as ANY of the 200+ nations in the world that competed in the qualifiers and you could take them through their regional qualifiers and win the World Cup finals. Whilst the game simulating the rest of the world on the menus and keeping you up to date on results and big moments all over the other continents! It was an incredible game! I was hooked for ages on this game! ❤️

because It Is , this game rewards overtaking, long passes long crossings , long range shoots, atackers headers and the goalkeeper on this game Is absolutly fenomenal. this game Is the oposite of modern fifa games, short passes, weird dribbles and individual gameplay.
