i have so many good memories of playing FIFA world cup 98 & 2002 & 2006(2006 version's challenge mode is unique and astonishing) video games :-)) damn you ea sports for not releasing 2010 and 2014 versions for pc :-((
For me, 2002 was the best considering timely techonoly. Has the best details in stadiums, atmosphere, gameplay and uniforms. Details are very very similar to reality.

The Savich besides fifa 13 and maybe 14, that is my favorite soccer game. I'm really sad there is not a proper world cup game this time around, as I've been waiting 4 years to relive the moment I qualified as Hong Kong, or won it all as Chinese Tapai. I loved playing as the smallest team I could find and see how far they could go.

I think that the people on the XBox 360 have been really lucky, as well as the people on the PS3 too. Two World Cup games on PS3 but 3 World Cup games on the XBox 360.
And considering that the PS3 was released 12 months after the XBox 360, they are unlucky not to get the 2006 game themselves.
But then by the time when 2018 comes around when the World Cup competition is in Russia, there will be an even better World Cup Video Game on the PS4 and XBox One.
So there is no need to worry. Stick to playing yearly FIFA and Pro Evolution games until the next world cup comes around.

I wonder why EA is taking so long to revile the details on the WC18 game.I getting worried that it be a DLC with only the teams that qualified.That would suck without qualifying with all 200 countries like previous cup games.

I remember in the 2006 game, immediately from kick-off, I turned and just shot the ball at goal. It sailed straight in. One of the best goal I've scored in any Football game.

I really doubt EA will release just a DLC content for FIFA 18, they will make a whole new game, pretty sure about that, the world cup (if they manage to get the licence) is such a big tournament to make money for them, most people buy world cup games, and EA know they make profit from them
The game will be free DLC for Fifa 18 owners. Just hope they put more teams than just the 32.

wont be a dlc, you cant fit all plus 200 national teams in just a dlc, it will be a phisycal whole new game, if you dont like the atmosphere of the world cup and dont like national teams only, then just dont buy the game

But in saying that why cannot mighty EA who can own any license they want include at least top 50 international teams if not top 100 in every Fifa game. i mean they will include country who has never been to the world cup with abysmal rating but wont bother including country who is in the top 50

El mejor fue el del 2010, creo que fue mucho mas trabajado y cuidado que el del 2014, claro que son 4 años de diferencia :p pero yo sin haber jugado el del 2010 se que era un juego que enganchaba mucho, te hacia sentir dentro del mundial y creo que por lo comentaristas, jajajajaja :), ojalá que el del 2018 si valga la pena comprarlo. El minuto 16:05 el comentarista parece estar en tiempo real al igual que cuando vicente del bosque abraza a los jugadores 16:15 esos detalles son los que hacen el videojuego :)

Carlos Uriel lamentablamentr no se pueden descargar ni el 2010 ni el 2014 ya que esos son rescientes en disco yo tengo la trilogia (2006,2010 y 2014) solo me falta el 2002 pero nesesito la xbox clasica para jugarlo :/
El 2010 y 2014 NO fueron lanzados para PC, algo que todavía muchos no le hemos perdonado a EA sports.

Pienso q es facil descargar el 98PS1 2002PS2 Y 2006PS2 pero el 90 y 94 no porq eran en cartuchos y el 2010 2014 y 2018 ya son imposibles de descargarlos a no ser q sea de segunda mano y originales
