OHH MY GOD! i used to play the first pes when i was 9 years old with my brother every weekend started at 5in the morning, we werent allowed to play nintendo except at the weekend. now im 27 and still playing pes2015 with my brother almost everynight !! time goes so fastttt!! thankyou for uploading this heart touching video,,

we can see huge improvement at PES 2014. not only the graphic, the gameplay itself almost looks real, just like what Konami said before that they want to make realistic football match in a game. of course still lots of things need to be fixed, but I'm pretty sure it's in the right direction to a realistic game. sadly, making a realistic game is not good for business, and here's PES 2015 try to win their buyers back, even with more clunky animations.

I'm one of the few that really liked 2014 - too be honest Konami really messed it up because when it was released it was terrible and full of weird glitches. After a few patches in the game was very good and yes - it looked like real football especially when two guys running next to each other fighting for the ball. I appreciate PES 2015 its a little more responsive because after all a football video game can never reassemble the real football pace (look at it - you play 10 minutes - a real match is 90) - you should be able to have good controls and it should be enjoyable but as close as possible to the real thing.
I disagree, on PC that game was unplayable and it looked nothing like football. I hated how unresponsive the controls were, also the AI on both your team and the opponent team seems to have been improved considerably during the past year, to the point it's not ragequit inducing anymore. But that's just my opinion.
thought i was the only one. played pes 2014 on pc and found the physics, player movements etc. extremely realistic. needed a few improvements like through passing and all, but it was very realistic and i really liked it
Oh man, I have all Pes since the Iss pro evolution soccer. To me probably Pes 5 was the best. Since 6 the games started to hit rock bottom and now they're rebuilding and let's hope Pes 16 is another step in the right direction
Feeling really nostalgic...been playing FIFA since 1998 till FIFA 2003, then switched to WE8...stayed with Konami till PES 2010 and then started picking up FIFA 12 again...like many other football game fans...we witnessed the changes of Konami and EA...what makes PES a better game is the smart use of replay angles...EA still replays goals with awkward camera angles like there's a cameraman following the ball on pitch...but Konami learnt this since WE8...PES' pre game intro and goal replay makes player feels like they're actually watching the real game...the atmosphere is unrivalled by FIFA...and the game physics...every significant player has their own style of dribbling, shooting etc...unlike FIFA, which you can still find some awkward shooting movement which stops the game from being totally realistic... Somehow Konami gone stupid since PES 2011...the control is awkward since then...but this year, after watching all the demo videos, we shown interest with PES again whereas FIFA has upgraded its replay presentation in next gen...this year will be a tight race between EA and Konami... Gentlemen, what's your decision for this year?

For me it's pes again, after all what's important is how the game actually plays and it seems that they fixed their mistakes on that department. It only needs some polishing on its graphical side, since it still looks kinda rough on the edges.
WE8 is the most played game for me and still playing when ever get a partner to play with

I remember back in april 2000 when iss pro evo was released in the uk, i broke my middle and pinky fingers playing footy in goal, was signed off school for a month while they healed, first chance i got i went straight to gamestation and traded loads of games in to get it after begging my mum for a good 2 days lol, great times
My first PES was PES4. I was 11 and only ever played FIFA 99, 2001, 2002, 2003. PES4 was so much fun then any of those FIFA I've played. From then on I bought PES5 and I played PES6 for a couple of years and keep updating the squad with every new season.
ISS PRO 2, so many good memories.
I know you have done PES history video before but to be honest it never gets old and lures me into watching it again and again.

Thanks for the walk down memory lane, I remember ISS from the SNES days and IMO PES 6 was the peak of the franchise although PES 2013 had the best graphics (for PC), 2015 has awesome gameplay but worse graphics than 2013 and 2016 is looking good but I'm sticking to 2015 for now.

International Super Star Soccer - my first soccer game. brings back all the good memories :,)
Funny how they have now decided that it started in 1995, just to make it a rounder number! It started in 1994 with International Superstar Soccer on the SNES. It was a great game. I remember playing it when it first came and knowing there was no going back to FIFA - which had been king until this point.

damn made me recall the glorious days of the PS2. The Winning Eleven series really does successfully create the stadium environment correctly that time with those flares and flags and unique chants and the pumped up songs. Even commentaries from Winning Eleven 6 seems better then what we have now. Also how awful PES on PS3 was. Thank god for PES16.
pes has always been better than fifa. off late fifa has managed to look like the better game (presentation and all), has been faster, more fluid, with all its licenses, massive marketing campaigns, and its brand name, took the edge. not having licenses makes a big difference. konami knows it can't compete with ea when it comes to marketing and all. its focus is always simply on producing a game that is as realistic as possible. and it has consistently managed to do just that, in recent years too without question, whether one can see it or not. the gameplay in fifa can be fun, quick and attractive, but is monotonous and looks arcade, while pes is realistic. it's been that way always, throughout the years. the games reflect the different priorities of two companies.

I bought FIFA 15 for the XBOX 360. Then I downloaded the demo of PES 2015. And I must say: Even the demo of PES 2015 seems to be more realistic in terms of ball and game physics than FIFA 15. Now I´m really thinking of getting the full version of PES 2015...

Pes used to be so good in opening and most importantly the finals ceremony.. Now Pes 2015 didn't even show the trophy ceremony except for the UCL final. And that's still really short. I missed the "We are the championssss" song in it

2013 was my fav and still is due to the gameplay and graphics...still looks more slick than the current gen pes's which look too thick in colour and crispy compared.

I thought PES 2011 was really good despite some flaws. The game would be great if built off of that but it went in a different direction.

O que me decepciona é o tanto de ideias interessantes que a KONAMI traz em um jogo e no outro já abandona. Desde os torcedores aparecendo nas arquibancadas, entrada de campo com as crianças, jogador saindo do campo de maca, as bandeiras que voltaram no PES 2015, a neve que a KONAMI abandonou desde o PES 6, até mesmo o Spray de água que o jogador levanta do gramado quando a partida é na chuva, coisa que é legal pra caramba no FIFA 15 e a KONAMI também abandonou isso desde o PES 6.
