How to Make the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

This chocolate chip cookie recipe is a family favorite for 2 reasons:
1) They are VERY GOOD!
2) You can make these from start to finish in about 1 hour!
My elevation is ~3,300 ft., so depending on where you are at will depend on:
1) How much flour you put in (less at lower elevations in my experience)
2) How long to bake them. Stick to 7-8 minutes, check at 7 and go from there.
Both the dough & cookies freeze very well, if you want to bake extra to store or prepare extra dough for another time.
