You guys are cool. My kart is a 30034 which doesn't have the rear suspension but basically the same. I'm converting it for a solo driver with a Predator 212. My wheels were rust welded to the axle and I had to replace the entire thing. Yikes 😬. Looks great guys, have fun and stay safe!
Great video! I plan on doing the exact same thing with my son's yerf. Did you ever find a replacement bushing for the torque converter? If so, where did you locate it?
Simply put, that oil is not designed for a splash system. Use what you like, it’s just a note that you should use a oil designed for small engine applications.

Oil is oil do you think oil doesn't splash around inside your car engine when it comes out of the oil pump ? If you do you're a tard bro . Any engine oil will work fine in a go kart or lawn mower. Most people use automotive oil in their lawnmower or go kart. If what you said was true there would be messed up small engines all over the place . Go ahead and throw your money away for a product label . Because it's the same 💩. In a different more expensive bottle . Your video really demonstrates how much you know about the subject 🤣😂🤣
@@xaviermccloud4586 yeah most know it all that go exactly by factory recommendations and stuff are retards . There was a guy on fb telling a guy that he shouldn't get a predator to build out . He should get a Honda GX 200 because the tolerances are tighter and it's made of better grade metal ect . And I told him get a predator for $100 brand new yank the oil sensor and govorner out of it jet the carb and leave it at that . The guy then told him not to listen to me because he's a certified aircraft mechanic and he knows what he's talking about . I wasn't aware it takes a certified aircraft mechanic to build a go kart for a 10 year old 😂🤣😂

An when you cut throttle cable you can re tin it with torch to keep from fraying

It didn't have that washer thing with keyway from factory.
