The folding door at the rear needs an overhang to protect it from rain.

For that money you would think they would have laid some sod where they left mud in the back yard.

maybe it's seeded but yes, sod would look much better

Shame they got rid of the original 1930s fireplaces and many other original features. Someone would’ve loved to have them

Usually things aren't thrown away; they were probably taken to an architectural salvage yard.

Original is always good. They were hideous.

Well for resale you’d need to they don’t really appeal to most buyers

Sorry I thought they were ugly. More appealing with them gone.

Brilliant job, but why would you cover up the existing fireplace? In New York City there are no NEW wood burning fireplaces allowed, and they have become a treasure.

Brad the Pitts Whats the point in having a fire place if you can’t use it? Pointless really. In london you don’t really need a fireplace...!

We’re keen on keeping fireplaces quite often but that one’s a hideous 70’s monstrosity!

Not in England I guess. This house is vastly too small. It is not worth $850, even after referb.

Christ £850k and you don't even get a full house. Nice profit for the purchaser at auction but I'd have to be off your head to pay the new valuation. London is crazy.
